Horrible experience! After waiting 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru for our order it was incorrect. They said if I wanted it corrected I'd have to wait in the Drive-Thru line again. Incompetence at its best.
Employee with red and black brades in her hair is very rude. I was waiting for a ice coffee when she opened her mouth and told me that I am weird for standing by the counter to accept items. Employees says she just graduated from high school and does care how she talks to people or treat customers. Store manager allowed employee to continue to speak reckless and the manager actually started to gang up on me telling me I was wrong when I did not even engage with the rudeness of the young employee with the black and red braids in her hair. I was politely waiting for my mobile order which was only a ice coffee which took over 15 minutes to make. So I kindly waited by the counter and this is when the young lady with the red braids told be to back up I am weird for just waiting where I was. Please look at your camera and audio. This location is really horrible
My son is Artistic I paid for French fries but he wanted it in a happy meal box I asked them they were very kind and put it in a happy meal box for him even gave him a toy awesome crew
It's always a long wait to get your food even if you order online staff doesn't engage with customers no Hospitality at all
The store is a little dirty that’s ok but why the staff hasn't worn Macdonald's dress? or this branch doesn't have a dress code?? Staff haven't worn masks and gloves ? service was not satisfied and one of the staff had extra nails ? like 3 inches long ?♂️pls we want good an clean service thx ??
Jun 13 2022Today i went to mcdonalds to get breakfast for me and three of my employees, everthing was going good until i reached the second window and immeadiately told to pull forward or park to which i replied i cant, because the effort and time it will take to park this (ford f350 dually long bed work truck) will negate tge reason for me coming through drive thru, plus if I parked this behemoth it will take away two parking spaces, staff was rude and uncompromising and could not/would not comprehend what they were asking of me
Sign of the times. Service can be extremely slow at times. However cannot put blame on the staff that is available for work. Can be very frustrating at times however I guess we get what we pay for. No win for the customer, no win for the staff that actually takes the job and shows up. The managers do try though.
Was a very hot day working outside feeding homeless people. Afterwards it was our time to refresh ourselves - where else to go - but McDonald's North Miami! Refreshing Treat! That's an apt name. A glass of ice old soda, mixed to intoxication - wow! WOW! Perfect for the 90°F weather. Not to mention that yummy Burger! Mmmm! Of course ice cream tops off all other edibles. McDonald's is God's gift to planet earth¡!

Drive thru goes quickly and nice employee. Hardly ever have coffee and if they do it's not so tasty. When you ask for a happy meal and ask for double fries instead of apples they never give extra fries
