I ordered white tuna sushi and received yellowtail ones instead. I only found out when I got home. So disappointed.
Was there Sunday evening, food was good and all but it took 45 minutes. The chefs finished it very quick but the young lady packing my meal took 30 minutes for the simplest order. They need new packers/servers whatever because that lady was slow. Plus my hot food was packed weirdly with the cold???
So, this place closes at 11pm and we walk in only to the worst energy in a restaurant ever. A Hi, Hello welcome to Iron Sushi, but no we were greeted with oh, its 9:22PM and we are no longer taking walk ins because im the only cashier and the other cashier is sitting right there explaining why she clocked out and they werent able to manage taking our order 1 hour and a half before closing BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO BE OUT ON TIME!!!,, The final statement was you can order thru uber eats or come back… LOL, Wow,, thank you for the best NON SERVICE, lack Of customer service ever. Today is 11/5/2021 and it is now currently 9:30 Pm… By the way the doors are still open and your sign says Closes at 11PM. Sounds like grounds for false advertising or miseducation of proper customer service to the employees.
Everything was yummy ? i got the Miami heat roll, some mango one i can't remember the name and the jalapeno tuna roll. It's good cheap sushi, better than publix! I'd go again.
Good food. The restaurant has a bad smell usually and don't alter your order in any way because they will just give you the normal menu item.
It’s a good price but not delicious at all sorry I’m just disappointed
They send incorrect order snd expect me to pay again to have it sent correctly!!! No customer service, horrible! Food is not that great
I highly recommend this place. They never disappoint. Recently I ordered the u-boat and it's my new favorite!!! There was only one weird roll that nobody ate. I believe it was the eil it was like fried tasted horrible. The rest were delicious
They did not get anything right I ask for shrimp tamparal with avocado I got a bunch of leaves in the sushi and I ask for a California roll with avocado what I got is completely different
The parking lot was too dark. The three people hovering around the door looked sketchy. Upon entering one of the persons followed me inside and headed directly to the register. The floors were sticky, and there was an odor of garbage about the place. I have never had a such an experience at any other Iron shushi..this North miami location is a no-no.
