When I first walked in, a waiter seated me then he asked "What would you like to drink?". He brought the drink and utensils and walked off. Because this was my first time here I was unaware of whether they had a menu and offered a buffet or not (certain buffets have the option of ordering from a menu or eating at the buffet). The waiter didn't tell me anything. After waiting for a while, I realized that they don't have a menu option and they only offered the buffet. Nonetheless, it would've been better if he told ahead of time. My meals were okay, the dining area was big. They did offer a variety of foods such as soups, sushi, seafood, ribs, fried foods, desert, fruits, raw foods, and even ice cream. Although the waiter was friendly, he barely came to my table to check on me, but he constantly checked on others. He didn't come to the table unless I asked him for something. However they were quite money hungry as they reminded me about the bill and snatched the card out of my hand when it was time to pay. Based on the poor customer service I received, I don't plan on coming back here.
I have new favorite restaurant I love Japanese food and , If you love Japanese food to . You will love this place
Best value for money buffet! They have an amazing sushi selection. Waiters are super friendly and fast. Not the fancy place to impress somebody, but to have nice food for a moderate price.
As you can see I don’t do reviews but I felt This place earned my first review. I went today for the first time and for lunch. For two people our bill was only $35. You can almost spend that much at one of the fast food burger joints. We were greeted politely by the front desk and by our server. She was very courteous. I enjoyed the wide variety of sushi and enjoyed trying varieties I hadn’t had before then and went back for hot food . Excellent value for the money. Only negative comment was that the seat had a rip in it. Thank you to the staff for a delightful meal.
Almost as good as the ratings. The choices quality and flavors matched the reviews, but they must address the pet situation allowing a dog to sit at the table in a chair and be fed was crossing the line in public restaurant. I’m pretty sure it’s a health code violation. Not to mention these are not the practices of a working dog. There weren’t any visible signs up in the restaurant or online that stated that this place was a pet as well as a restaurant for humansThe choices should go to the paying customers. If we had know we would have chosen not to eat here….
Was my first time eating lunch at Ginza and I enjoyed it very much. $15 all u can eat buffet was delicious. There was a large variety of sushi, salads, cooked fish, meat, chicken and desserts. Well worth a visit
I ate at this restaurant with my family a few times and i enjoyed the food, the place was a bit dirty but we didn’t mind. The last time i went i was disgusted and i haven’t returned since. The prices were high and the carpet smelled very strong but we tried not to smell it. When i went to get food i got orange chicken and i had no problem until half way eating i found a hair. A LONG BLACK HAIR. I knew it wasn’t mine because i had brown short hair and i almost threw up. I didn’t eat anymore after that and i will never return to that place. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.
