I asked for a capuccino..the girl gave me a regular and when I ordered the second coffee to go decaf and tried to verify if it was decaf the cuban employee got so upset. No apologies..train your people!!!
Definitely one of the better DD locations as they made my iced coffee perfect and the service was quick.
The service is absolutely horrible! The did my coffee wrong I telled them since I can’t drink regular milk told them I clearly ordered oat milk, they try to resist on me to do a new coffee looking at me on a very nasty way and getting annoyed to do another coffee for me when it was their! Mistake! The woman on the desk saying I never said oat milk when I said it two times I always make sure and the other one making coffees giving her opinion and giving me a very bad look when she was not even part of the conversation and didn’t know if I ordered correctly or not she assumes is my mistakes since she is so lazy to do a second one, and starts mocking about me when she talk to the other woman .When she does the second coffee for me she barely puts coffee, mix cups and give me whatever together with the worst look ever! I had obviously to throw away this coffee that couldn’t even be named as that. They act like they making me a favor to make my coffee the way I ordered. Unbelievable!
I'm an ex Dunkin donuts employee and they don't make the coffee right, they don't mix it and they barely put any whip cream in it.
I go to many of the DDs around town, but I've never been to one where everyone was SO not into working there. I felt badly I had annoyed them, by ordering some coffee and a donut. Maybe they had just survived a rush and they were tired.
Clean place breakfast felt microwaved but really good expresso and friendly people.
This is the best Dunkin around, best management and staff and always fresh coffee.So much better quality and management than the poorly run Dunkin on Biscayne Blvd and 123rd street
They don't know the difference between a bacon egg & cheese everything bagel toasted with butter and just a plain everything bagel toasted with butter. No bacon egg or cheese on mine and I paid for it. Verify that they understand your order. I would have them tell me the order again after I've placed it. Otherwise who knows what you will receive. Last time coming here.
I visited the store very early tuesday in the morning to buy breakfast and the employee who attended me was very rude. I did not give much importance to the moment, but if they have an employee like that working on the first shift all bitter, they will lose customers, people are Rising and want peace and harmony.
What I truly love about this store is variety of fresh donuts which compliment tasty coffee, and of course, friendly personality of staff.
