This Dunkin Donuts Restaurant deserves no stars. I ordered at 8:51 am on 07/18/22. I waited for 20 minutes for my meal; however, I was informed that there were no more croissants to make my Pepper Jack Bacon sandwich. It is not that the people working there are unpleasant; they were not rude or disrespectful. It is the lack of care for customers' time that they exhibit. The wait for everything was long. Also, when a manager is requested, the cashier informed me that the manager was busy and could not come and address my concern. What restaurant has a manager in the facility that is incapable of addressing the concerns of the patrons? That is ridiculous. When I asked for a refund, the cashier decided to take another order before providing me with my refund.After which, when I began to complain, she magically reached the manager, Jackie, who could not inform me of the number to complain or how to get in touch with the owner. Her answer was "look online," and she claimed not to know the owner's name. It took 10 minutes to get a refund. The nonchalant attitude and lies told by the cashier and the manager are signs of poor customer service. Re-training is imperative in this case. I spent 40 minutes in a restaurant because you must add the time spent in line prior to ordering to leave empty-handed.

one of the worst dunkin i've ever visited . rude people working , uncleared toilets , food was not cooked properly . not sure why corporate hasn't shut this location down already ??!!

I just left there and had a small french vanilla iced coffee with 5/5. Out of all the Dunkin donuts I've been to, this was the best one I ever had. No sugar crystals, no bitter taste it was perfect. Keep it up making good coffee like this one.
I don't know what's going on with the blueberry doughnuts but it's time to make some. Besides that it's a good quick bite to get.
Had no flavors for coffee, didn't have any Croissants certain type of donuts and it was 6am.Lately the lobby has been closed and the line outside is unusual long.But great staff in the afternoon can't say the same about the morning crew.
The personality of the staff is terrible. The girl at the drive through window is the worst!! The coffee is bad and they really make me feel like they don’t want to be there and it shows in how they make the food and the coffee. I have been going there for years and I’m now done with this location!!!!!!
Lobby was closed, whereas they allowed me to use the drive-thru walking.Kind, courtesy nice staff.
I came to this location on a Monday at 9:10 AM but when I went to try & go in the doors are locked. The reason I even bother to leave a negative review is because as I was standing at the door along with another potential client the staff inside noticed we were at the door & continued to ignore us. After a few minutes I just gave up & decided to use my time to write this review instead. I genuinely hope that corporate or someone within management looks at these reviews & takes them seriously because it’s obvious the staff doesn’t care.
