I wouldn’t give a star if I could. This place is absolutely terrible. I ordered a simple medium cheese pizza with pineapple and ham for toppings and had to wait more than 2 hours and the order was canceled by dominos. Now I won’t have dinner because it is almost midnight.
Yesterday I placed an order for a carryout as seen at the receipt I uploaded at 8.29PM, said it would take around 24-34 minutes, ok. I got there 8.50, it was fine, my order was not ready yet, so I waited outside along with another lady who was there before me. I can see on the screen that my name is on 3rd place and said it would take 5-10 minutes. At 9.05 it showed 1-5 minutes, but the strange thing is that my name was bumped down to 4th, then 5th, 6th instead of getting closer to the first place. It's 9.10, Asked about my order, explained that it was over 40 minutes that my order was placed in the front desk guy said "it's not ready yet, we are understaffed" (there was 4-6 people around working) like if he was a robot, and didn't care, not even an apology".It's almost 9.20pm so I talked to a different employee, explained what was happening, she looked at me with that look that you see when a little kid knows he messed up and said to me "I'll take care of you" she immediately went to talk and asked the guy who makes pizza to start doing mine, can you believe it? If it wasn't because I ASKED again, I would've been waiting even longer for them so START my order. Not even an apology again. I went out of there at 9.29PM as you can check on the receipt, that's 1hour from receiving the order to actually have it done, you could actually win a new world Guinness record for longest time receiving a pizza order and finishing it, congratulations ?.A couple of honorable mentions:1) The mushrooms were undercooked, and even though I order extracheese and extra robust tomato sauce, it was normal.2) The young girl who said "I will take care of you" (and the only woman there too) was dealing with another 3 complaining customers before starting my order, she kept her cool even though it was starting to become a hostile environment.3) There wasn't even 1 time that an employee answered the ringing phone during my whole adventure at this shop, it just kept ringing, I've never seen that before, maybe a another record for the company? what an incredible customer service!Oh by the way, remember that lady whom I mentioned was waiting outside before me? I got out with my order before her.
Hello, we ordered pizza at your place last night. The Philly Steak which was very good, BUT we found it too SALTY. Other than that we would be happy to re-order, the pizza bread was wonderful and the topping itself was not bad, except the salty part that was not good for me or my husband, and when he complaints you know it's salty. Hopefully, next time we order it will be less salty, everything else was great. Thank you
This used to be a good place for pizza but lately they’re so bad now, well at least this specific dominos. I ordered a medium pizza and they gave me a personal pizza with barely any cheese. They delivered it an hour and 30 minutes late. Their service is horrible. I do not recommend ordering from this dominos
This is the worst order ever!!! Oh my I have been waiting for more than an hour an half for my pizza. Never again I called the store the rep on the phone says we don't have enough drivers!!! Epic and then you call and they place you on hold until your battery dies on your phone or until they hang up on you. RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
Pizzas are always great and this store is hopping! Getting to the store was a bit awkward and parking is limited. Very nice staff. Will order delivery next time only because of convenience. Pizza was ready very quickly!
Terrible service, rude workers, never on time. Mid day the store is completely empty, they just not in the mood to make your order. They talk and rest and after 20 min your order is not even in the oven. You check the shelf's and they are empty of boxes so you KNOW they have not been busy with other orders. Worst pizza store that I experienced.
Placed a carry out order after giving all the details and reviewing the order everything seemed to be well. They told me 20 minutes I got there in 25 minutes. My order wasn’t ready and told me to wait for the brownies 15 more minutes. I told them no and I only paid for my pizza which wasn’t the one that I order and the drink. I asked for the receipt and the lady at the counter didn’t wanted to give me my receipt. Worst dominos they couldn’t get anything right
I understand being short staffed but the lack of respect appalls me! How do you call a store continuously with no one answering. Then you finally answer only to tell me that my pizza is one it’s way 2 hours later! Shame on your dominos!
This is the most unprofessional dominos I've been to first I had my food delivered & the wings was not cook & when I called to replace them they gave me attitude but they made them over so I came to pick them up they still was uncooked it smelled really bad in there & some of the employees was standing there in there phones they also loud & playing in the work place I will never order from here again & definitely won't recommend no one to come here. Disgusting & disappointed I received the wing again & they still not done
