I frequent this location often since it is nearby where I live. The people working here are generally pretty nice & the portions are generous, but service is incredibly slow. If you select a pickup order for 10-15 minutes expect it to take twice as long. Sometimes longer. They seem shorthanded most of the time. Too much demand. Not enough supply. ?♂️
Hi?, We frequent this Chipotle and the food and service is great. It is fresh cooked Mexican food. They give a good full bowl of brown or white rice with black beans, chicken or stake, spicy chopped tomatoes, corn covered with fresh green lettuce and always get a side of guacamole and chips. They offer dine in or carry out. Come ✔ check them out. ? ? ? ? ?
Waited at this location for over 30 minutes for two door dash orders. Unfortunately, the store was pushing the customers that are in line before the 10 or more door dashers that have been waiting for 40 minutes or more for their orders. If you are a dasher make sure to never select this store. Even if you unassign yourself and wait 20 minutes, you will still receive the same order. This merchant should not be allowed to have online or door dash orders. Definitely, not expeditious or efficient.
There was a tall male worker that provided excellent service to me and my mom. The food was fresh and delicious. This is a great location that I would recommend to others.
Food was fine & they give you a lot BUT if you order online, be prepared to wait quite a while past the time they promise it will be ready. I had a pickup time of 6:30 and my order wasn't ready until almost 7:45. And I was waiting with about 6 other people who also had a pickup time of 6:30! Do better, Chipotle.
Consistently terrible service. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because my first job was with Chipotle and I get how it can be, but the attitudes are terrible and the speed is non-existent. You order online and still wait 15 minutes to get your food when you arrive. You come in through the line and it's all the way to the door-- not because they're slammed but because everyone behind the counter is moving at a snail's pace and has a blasé attitude, like you're greatly inconveniencing them with your existence. The quality has absolutely dropped when it comes to customer service at Chipotle. The only reason it gets two stars is because I still like the food.
I just went into the store a minute ago and there’s this employee who’s stopping me from rating it 5 stars. Unfortunately I did not get her name as they don’t wear name tags. Her hair was braided down into two plaits and she had a hat on, she’s seemed around early 20s and she was black. I went in and ordered a bowl and she was moving so fast she had to take the top off my order because she didn’t let me finish ordering. Same with my siblings. I understand it may be hard to understand due to masks and the line was a bit long but this is unacceptable. I came in person because there are always messing up our toppings with online pickup, and now I see why. If ordering from here, please be extra cautious and check your food if you’re picky about your toppings like I am. Apart from that, the food is usually delicious and fresh. However because of that employee, it’s a 2/5 for me.
It's 11:10am right now, staff is not even close to opening. Chairs are still up, and staff members are just chatting away as if they're not 30 minutes late to open.
Chipotle is amazing! I have nothing bad to say about this location.The management seems pretty awesome.
Very nice and clean, food taste great. But my do people move slow. Took me 20 min to get in and pay with only a few people ahead of me
