Ordered a burrito bowl on door dash and they completely flooded the bowl with hot Sauce. Really sucked. Love chipotle but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the company. Avoid.
No corn, no tomato's, everything else almost empty.not enough employees. Trash containers over pouring. Every table full of trash. Could do a better job. Where's the manager? Still charged full price of course..

Skimpotle. Criminal how hard they stiff you at this branch. I’ve seen the manager in action - mf will do whatever he can to manipulate the numbers and see them high profit margins. Never do delivery from this location. Ordered a double meat hearty bowl - recieved a microserving. Didn’t realize I was test sampling their product. Paid $25. Want to kms. Next time you pull up bring a witness. Take it to trial
Instead of standing in a long line as we usually have done, we decided to order online this time. It actually went smoothly. The store was not packed. Our order was ready as promised. I did notice that the store was a little messy with napkins on the floor, tables not cleared off, and chairs left pulled out. But that could've been after a big crowd left.We ordered Keto Bowls with chicken. Not much chicken. More lettuce. The Guac was delicious, the rest so-so. My meal was so spicy that I couldn't finish it. My mouth burned for a good half hour. At least we got our Chipotle fix for a while.
Poorly run location. Sign said they ran out of lettuce. Employee told me they didn't prep enough. So prep some more! The fried vegetables were down to the goop at the bottom and they said it would be 10 minutes before a fresh batch was ready. How about planning ahead? And today, both of us have the big D. Don't eat here.
The woman at the register didn't want to do her job, she didn't greet us or ask if we wanted to add drinks or chips. I told her I wanted chips, she blatantly lied and said they ran out. I CAN SEE THE WALL BEHIND THE REGISTER FULL OF CHIPS. I pointed out that there were chips and she said "oh, well those are large bags" as if I couldn't read the sticker on it. She was annoyed that she had to add it to the order, I also had to ask for cups.This was at 7:50pm March 22nd
Every Chipotle I've been to in the past year is in bad shape and this one is no exception. Every to go order has has something wrong with it. Don't bother with take out orders. It's going to take forever... you're going to stand there and be ignored by employees and if you ask for an update on your order, they are going to give you attitude. They are short staffed and overwhelmed and I don't know what management is doing. They run out of items and just give up on them. The food preparation area is a mess. They dump meat in so carelessly that you have to be careful there's no meat in your beans or sofritos if you're vegan or vegetarian.Time to give up on Chipotle for a year or so and see if they an get back to some sort of acceptable level of service.
Huge selection, flavorful, and not greasy or overly salty. They were still busy at 3 pm on a Saturday so you know they're good. Definitely coming back.
I never post reviews but this was so awful i had to say something. I usually love chipotle but this was TERRIBLE ? So i ordered through postmates and i had a really hard time modifying things to my liking. For example, i wanted salsa on the side rather than on top of my food, so i callled in to tell them but instead was on the phone with a robot trying to find a way to get her to transfer me to an actual person, i had to call back several times to try different prompts seeing which one would connect me with someone and when it finally transferred me, it just kept ringing on and on and on, no answer, TWICE…. So now my burrito bowl is WAY to spicy for me to eat it, and my quesadilla is THE WORST QUESADILLA IVE EVER HAD. It was not warm at all, the meat and cheese on it looked old and gross ? It wasn’t even made like a regular quesadilla, only had two pieces instead of 4 and the tortilla part was folded over in layers which is NOT the way a quesadilla should looks. CHIPOTLE IM VERY DISAPPOINTED…
