First and unfortunately probably the last time. I am not a fast food client, but I heard this is worth a try… while the chicken tasted great, I waited exactly 20 min directly in front of the drive-thru pick-up window while 12 cars from the other line passed me by and I ended up leaving with an order of fries missing. I could tell when they realized they had skipped me… I was #44, just a few moments ago…
No complaints at Chick-fil-A. Well, maybe 1. The food was delicious (grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink) but the wait was less than desired. Granted, this is not the typical fast food quality since it ranks higher than BK, McD, Wendy's, etc, I still wish the service was a little faster.
This Chick-fil-A and the manager are a joke. Randomly added a tomato to sandwich and after sharing we had a cherry allergy they put a cherry on the shake then scooped it out and still handed it out….. we went through drive through so quickly checked all items and tried to call back the lady who handed us food and she completely ignored. When I contacted the manager about these issues he pretty much said it’s my fault since I didn’t come into the restaurant. Not sure when the incompetence of employees became my issue or when I was required to park my car and get out to handle THEIR mistakes. Chick-fil-A keeps going downhill and this location is a prime example.

This location is truly in need of training. The service was horrible, this my first negative experience at any Chick-fil-A. The drive-through lines are extremely slow. Furthermore, my meal included 3 orders of chicken strips meals, I received only two chicken strips. I notified a worker at the window, only to be accused of removing it from the bag myself. I was ignored and basically accused of stealing a box of chicken strips in front of my kids. Eventually the young lady provided me with the item after demanding both of my bags for her to check. All the while she was telling her coworkers loud enough for me to hear, "I know I put three in there". This location NEEDS help. It needs a revamp immediately because the service provided there is completely opposite of what Chick-fil-A is known for. I do not believe I will be visiting this location again. I will be taking the long drive to the location where I used to visit prior to the opening of this one. The workers NEED training.
I’m not a fan of their take on the LGBTQ community but my wife and kids love this place so I occasionally eat here. I refused for many years but eventually I gave in. The food and service is amazing I would say probably above all fast food places. Very impressive. Milk shakes are great. I typically get the nuggets they are oddly shaped and jagged but taste fresh like real chicken not some pink paste like other fast food places. I highly recommend it. If you can get passed their views. Took me a while.
Some of the finest customer service ever! I understand why they are #1 in the fast food business. The manager attentive in every aspect of the business. Food was fresh and despite them being very busy my order was done in an efficient manner. Kudos !

This location needs help in every area! I ordered soup and both soups were spilled and wrapped in 20 napkins. The entire bag ripped And soup was everywhere ! I hate this location!
We went to this chick-fil-A since they just built this one . We had our concerns because where it’s at . But we wanted to give it a try . Well , when we order our food and received it the sandwiches our so cold . They didn’t even add the grill chicken in it . We order sweet tea and added lemonade to it with extra ice . The drink had no ice at all. The drink tasted bad . The cookies tasted terrible. I honestly shocked because I thought chick-fil-A would be good anywhere we go but nope that’s not the case . I’ll just stick to going to Aventura chick-Fil-A
