Good food but mediocre speed and passive aggressive employees. 6/10
Walk up service in Miami is always an interesting experience...not a pleasant one to say it nicely. This is true for any Miami location. Something needs to be done about it. It's not the employees fault that gang members and homeless people attack every customer.
I don't usually go to Checkers but I was starving. Got a chilli dog, fish sandwich, and fried. The chilli dog didn't have any onions, but ketchup and mustard. The fish sandwich barely had lettuce and looked old. The fries were half way decent. My stomach was hurting after eating this stuff.
The food was 4 out of 5, it ain’t bad. And the cashier was nice.
Bought 4 burgers and ask for no sauce, just plain, I was asked to park at the other window so they can make it. Got it and got to work and all 4 burgers had sauce, mayo on my chicken and tartar sauce on my fish. Had to give them away.
Drive-thru was real rude and northMiami on 163rd Street never go there
Checkers is gross too much chilli on my hot dog and my brownie had hair in it I broke it into pieces and all you see is hairrrr and the funnel cake fries barley have sugar powder on it .
This place was out of several things maybe they were just hit hard with spring breakers. Food was terrible but maybe that's all checkers now. Strawberry soft serve was like a blood red color & gross too.
Their customer service skills suck. They don’t speak at all and don’t wear name tags. They have these stale looks on their faces as if they aren’t in the mood to work. Food is NEVER fresh. I’ve tried them 3 times and all three times I was disappointed. Idont recommend this location at all whatsoever.
Food is acceptable but what is not is how rude the worker there are and they always forget the dipping sauces. I've had it will not be coming back
