Placed an order online and order was wrong. I was missing majority of my food. They didn't answer the phone the first time. Once I did get someone on the phone they tried to tell me I had everything even though I could name all the items I was missing. They told me they were closed so we couldn't pick up the rest of our order 9:45pm, I informed them that online it says they closed at 10pm and they said they closed earlier at 9pm tonight. Really it's one thing to have bad customer service, but to boldly lie to a paying customer is ridiculous. Will never order here again!!! Very disappointed!!
We went to this place several times when we were in Miami. Very good service. Very helpful. And delicious.
Horrible...the employees ate cheap with side servings and the food taste very blahhhh...the chicken was semi old
It's Boston Market. I hadn't been in many years because where I lived didn't have them. But I really like their food. I particularly like their meat loaf and Mac and cheese. Try it out!
I worked for Boston Market for 3 years at a different location in Miami and this location by no means compares to where I used to work. They were pretty much out of 80% of their menu items. And the attitude of their workers left much to be desired for.
Only the drive thru was open and the only reason they get one star is because they don't have one no stars. I've been eating at this place for many years...the food was absolutely horrible. Got the meatloaf, potatoes,sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach...thru the entire meal away. Truly disappointed ☹️☹️
I got there at 6:20pm and they were closed, with a written sign on the door saying that they closed at 5:30pm. Similar thing happened at the one in Hollywood, Fl. I went over there one night and got there before closing time and they had already been closed. Both times I checked online and it said that they were open and did not indicate that they’d be closing early.
The overall meal was not worth purchasing. The chicken was dry and the skin was burnt. The mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole was warm not hot and cornbread was dry also. Very dissatisfied.
Went to Boston Market first time in many years. We were tempted by an ad for BBQ baby back ribs. Ordered a full rack. They shorted me only gave 3/4. Called immediately to complain but didn't answer the phone. No matter. These were by far the worst ribs ever. No contest. I will never go to Boston Market again. Don't waste your time and money here.
disappointed with my recent visits to BM.I WENT TO 2 STORES IN MY AREA. 163rd str and Biscayne Blvd locations, this one closed at 5, the other was only taking on line orders.Neither was acceptable.Why send a coupon that you cant fulfill, or even give a rain check when the store is closed.Add that to other recent visits & attempts, leaves me little choice but to go elsewhere.
