This 'francise' has the worst service and employee attitudes of any Wendy's I have ever been in. Inside for either dining or takeout is closed whenever the manager feels like it. Corperate says inside open to 10pm but francises are not required to follow normal Wendy's hours. I walked into store today at 5:56pm and was told at counter inside was closed...then why was door unlocked? Broke down car blocking pickup window could have been pushed out of way instead of letting drivethru orders come inside to pay and get order. And if counter was open to payments they could have taken my order. Btw, was on foot, no car, so I could not use drivethru. Also, the Wendy's app showed this locations pickup and drivethru was OPEN. Only the curbside was closed.
Horrible customer service. Horrible food. We rarely eat fast food but really wanted to tey the new Strawberry Frosty. Ordered online, sat in drive thru for 30 minutes- only to get to the window to sit an additional 10 minutes. Employee at window didn't say a single word to us. Verified the kids food was all there. Got our frostys only to pull off & see all chocolate. Inside was closed & was not going to sit in line again. Will not be back.
Yesterday in the morning I went into your restaurant everyone was so nice and friendly your front cashier was so helpful and nice your manger was so sweet and kind and my son came thru your drive thru in the afternoon and the lady was so nice and friendly I would come here every morning if the crew is this nice and friendly I order biscuit and gravy it was so warm and it just melted in my mouth
I don't know why Wendy's only does drive thru, while all other fast food places offer dine in. The wait to place an order in drive thru and to get your order is very long. The fries were very hot. The meat on my triple with cheese was good, but it wasn't fresh. I used to work for Wendy's and they either need to clean the grill, or the meat should have been used for the chili for it was dry and had some of the grease from the grill thrown on top.
I did a mobile order and selected curbside pickup. The app didn't say it wasn't available so I'm waiting on my vehicle but received nothing saying that drive thru was the only way to receive orders. Then went inside, which apparently was supposed to be locked, and waited 5 mins before being acknowledged by a manager that inside was closed. She did give me my food, which is the only reason this isn't a 1 *.
The lobby of this restaurant is closed (as of my visit 4/12/22) which may be a sign of bad management. However after calling the store upon arrival, my online order was brought out to me while I was in the drive thru line thus speeding up my pickup. Kudos to that lady for taking the initiative.
Tried out Wendy's for breakfast instead of McDonald's. Was impressed actually. The potato wedges and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. Had a visitor in the parking lot.
I saw others customers comment about "hot and fresh food, nice customer services" and all those of compliments, but three days ago around midnight, I when to this Wendy's store and asked for a Baconator fries, extra ???? extra cheese with fresh fries(made in at moment) because when those fries became cold the texture is gross and the ? and cheese I'd not test same. Anyways! I am paying for what I want to get, not what they want to sell! Don't play with Karen's controls if you don want to see her in action! Then when I am asking for my money back the person who was in the drivetru call me names and assault me in front of her manager! So many violence in one person.
This continues to be the worst Wendy's ever! Itry it once in a while because it's close but NEVER again. Today had a $5.99 coupon for a double burger small combo. Told them at the drive through. He closed my ticket. I told him I wasn't done. After a few hums and durrs, he told me he had other orders to take MA'AM! I told him he would just need to void it or do another ticket. After grumbling, a woman came on and took care of it. I asked fo UNSWEET tea, I got sweetened. They did not credit my coupon so instead it cost me $9.29 for the $5.99 special. I am calling to speak to the manager AND going on line for the survey. I will redeem my "free" sandwich for filling out the survey at some other location or probably not at all.
Website says 'dine-in' but the Wendy's in North Fort Myers does NOT have dine-in or curbside pickup...just drive thru...correction, mobile ordering and parking spots IF they notice you...had to call inside to get order brought out 7 min late.
