Our family went on Sunday and loved the outdoor dining, music, view, and food & drinks!! Highlights were the Old Bay Shrimp and onion rings.
This was our 1st visit. Good food at a reasonable price point, friendly staff and beautiful view of the harbor.
Sorry ...wish I had better things to say...This place came highly recommended and we decided to bring some out of town friends with us to have lunch.... it was a nightmare from not the greatest or attentive staff to dirty dishes overcooked food greasy dripping potatoes...i could go on but...yuck even the oysters were atrocious full of dirt...I really couldn't believe it .....
Good food, good service, competitive prices... Went there with a large group from work. Had a cup of clam chowder which was thick and tasty. Ordered three grilled fish tacos. The tortillas were kinda weird...crisp in parts and soft in others. Plenty of fresh fish, though. Sides were sweet potato tots (maybe a half an inch squares), and some really yummy collared greens. That with some iced tea came up to almost $23. It's in a weird spot between two towers of a hotel. Parts of the place looked like it could use a new paint, or maybe some power washing. The bathrooms were kinda icky... It's definitely a good seafood restaurant and it's right on the water. You can come in your boat!
Right at the Best Western where we stayed, water view, inside or outside dining yummy catfish, chowder and alligator bites !
Good food Good service Amazing view and location Good Bloody Mary Not too expensive
Went today with a group of people for Easter. The food was terrible. They substituted the$ 11.99 Haddock for a nasty, foul tasting fish called Sawi without telling my friend, another friend got their "chicken tenders" that were more like imitation chick sticks, when he ask the Waitress about the size and texture he was told "thats why they are only 8.99" I won't go on with the whole ordeal Just advise you don't go there to eat. This was a Great place years ago. Not worth the gas money to go there now.
This place has to one of the filthiest places I have ever been in my life. I knew when I walked through the front door and saw how dirty the men's bathroom door was and the glass doors going in it was not going to be good. Then on top of that the hostess was showing half of her stomach and she looked to be about 5 mos preg and who wants to see that. DO NOT GO THERE. My female friend went to the women's restroom which is obviously outside and said it was terrible. Thank God she had some hand sanitizer in her purse. It is disgustingly dirty and the staff is very unprofessional in the way they dress. They do not put their hair up and their hair is flying in your food when they are serving it. I even saw a guy who works there that had on a gray Texas shirt cough in his hand and he was behind the area where the cooks are. STAY AWAY from this place.
I made a reservation for 16 people. When we arrived our table was set up where I requested with the water view. Our friendly and very efficient server greeted each group as they arrived and took their drink orders which arrived very promptly considering the size of the group. Once drinks arrived she took appetizer orders and suggested that we also put the children's orders in at that time which we did. Once again those items arrived quickly. She then took the meal orders breaking them into five families for us which weren’t necessarily sitting next to each other. All meals came to the table just as ordered, hot and within minutes of each other. Drinks were refilled promptly, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Our service throughout the meal from arrival to paying our checks was outstanding and the food was excellent.
Very disorganized place. We waited for an hour, which is what we were told, but pretty confident if my hubby didn’t keep checking with the hostess, we may not have gotten a table. Tables were not being bussed and we observed at least 3 that stayed uncleared for 45 min! Now for a few positives: 1. Our waitress Ash was phenomenal! 2. Our food was hot and fresh- thank you cooks! They were busting a$$ in the kitchen, we could see them over the counter- great job guys! Everyone enjoyed their meals, we had fish and chips, fisherman’s platter and fried shrimp platter. The breading is light and allows you to taste the fish and shrimp! 3. Beautiful views of the river and yachts and a lovely breeze blowing through the place. Overall, I’d say we be willing to try it again off season!
