Used to really like this taco bell until about a few months ago I got a case of really bad food poisoning after doing an uber eats order from there, that was in January. Since then it's been like playing Russian Roulette on whether or not the food will get us sick (we kept getting it because of how close it is to home). We ordered from here this weekend and my husband is dealing with some hella bad food poisoning since eating here. We're steering clear of this place from now on
The night shift was extremely disappointing.- My 5-layer burrito was ALL refried beans and 4 tiny pieces of steak; after being forced to pay extra to substitute the meat since they “didn’t have anymore beef” and I was unaware of the extra charges until AFTER I had paid.- They gave me two quesadillas that were both half-empty tortillas.- No jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla either, which was kind of annoying.- My three year old wouldn’t even eat the quesadilla because it was just a tortilla!I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service skills.. I don’t expect much from a fast food chain, but I could, at least, get what I paid for..
Forgot that I already left a one star review a year ago (and I really don’t leave reviews often).Made the mistake of coming here again (Saturday 04/09/22 at 11:30am) and watched them mess up both my order and the drive thru order simultaneously.They were all just yelling at each other and blaming each other. Total chaos. I just left with 1/2 my order because it was going to take forever for them to sort out all their messed up orders.Oh and I was the only person in the restaurant lol. So this wasn’t a lunch rush.Two stars cause it’s my fault for coming back.
theyre too lazy to serve any breakfast. dont bother making the drive. the staff simply dont care here. went to Dunkin instead lol.
I used to rate this Taco Bell with 2 stars, but I have seen them improve on getting orders correct, keeping the dining room clean, and having positive customer interactions.
This must be the worst Taco Bell there is. After 9 PM everytime I come to this location there out of this and that. You probably make lots people angry especially if they drive out of there way and you don't have it. This area needs more locations and maybe you'd end up going out of business. The Taco Bell locations I've been to in Indiana operate much better and many open as late as 2 and 4 AM. If you can't stay open later than you do maybe you should drop breakfast service.
Lady at drive thru...very nice! We got breakfast crunch wrap, and a grande breakfast burrito and both were hot and oh so fresh. Was my first time eating their breakfast and def 5 stars.
WOW! WOW! WOW!. Love Love Love the food here and the counter people friendly and smiling. I love this Taco Bell because they never get special orders wrong here rarely. Clean rest rooms and friendly service makes for a wonderful Taco Bell Experience.
