A fairly busy Saturday, but service was pretty smooth. Didn't have to wait at all to be seated and didn't wait long to get our order taken. Did came out after a short wait, but it was worth the wait. The strawberry event is one of my favorite times at Perkins. The staff were super friendly and very happy to be at work, which shows through their service.
Today March 15, 2022 at 4:30 PM I had the pleasure of being helped by the manager with my order. He was the absolute purest example of customer service excellence and professionalism. You do not see people as aware and connected with their customers as this man. I pray that life blesses this restaurant with the success that it deserves because it certainly has the right people in the right positions.
Perkins was surprisingly busy on a late Monday morning at 11:30 AM. We were seated, waited on, and served promptly. The wait staff, hostess and counter person were friendly and neat in appearance. Our meals were served hot and tasted fresh. We received a free slice of pie per diner, which was a pleasant surprise.
This used to be a great Perkins. We have eaten there for years. The last 2 visits have been disappointing. Today it took10 minutes to even get waited on, it was not busy. Then we ordered and we didn't get our food for another 40 minutes and then it wasn't good. My biscuits were rock hard and potatoes were cold. When I mentioned it, I was told they could only take $2 off my meal. Needless to say we won't be going back, which is sad.
The worst experience I have had in a very long time. Had to send the food back twice.Tessa was a terrible server. She tried to argue with me about my food. The GM came over and did nothing to help.I will never go to that restaurant again
Not only did I order through Uber eats but through DoorDash also, why? Because both times at different times and different services was my order CANCLED!! By the same Perkins! Ridiculous do better!
We just stopped at this Perkins for dinner and if I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. Waitress was very rude and disrespectful food was not made correctly and when we talked to the manager we was brushed off with a I will handle it. Now we know with a shortage of help and the pandemic that things have changed but we both are bosses at businesses and would never let our employees disrespect a customer.
Was a good meal. Was a bit warm inside and took a while to get our meals but considering the current staffing situation everywhere, it wasn't an unreasonable wait.
I had a pepper/steak/onion, potato served in a grilled pan, it was very tasty.My wife had fried shrimp, potatoes toupwith asparagus. Both dinners were very good
