They are my favorite pizza and the taste is to die for but they never answer the phone anymore and being old I am not tech savy so I either pick it up and order in person or my kids have to order it on the inter net and that really bothers me because I have been a loyal customer for many years and I find it to be a slap in the face that if I'm not text savvy I'm not good enough to get their Pizza. So even though they're good I have a tendency to go to other places that will take my order over the phone
My order came wrong the pizza was paper thin even though I ordered stuff crust. It wasn’t even crisp for how thin it was, it was droopy, it look like the pizza went through a car crash, and the delivery person looked like she ran through a dust storm before arriving. I tried to call to complain and was left on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer.
So when we have gotten food, it’s been good. No problems with quality, from what I’m currently remembering. It’s always a bit greasy for my taste but nothing technically wrong. And when I have talked to a worker, from either carry out or delivery, they’ve been super nice.Hell the last time, I had been told the wrong total, and I sadly didn’t have enough for a tip, barely had enough for the pizza on hand. Unexpectedly, of course. He was super patient with me, as I dug through my car for spare change. And just happily told me to get him next time when I apologized for not having the tip.WELL, tonight we ordered, I got a confirmation message saying 27-37 minutes. 50 minutes later, I decide to call. Nobody answers the phone, they never do for some reason. Yet the one time I did a carry out order, I walked in to see 5 employees and a manager all standing right at the front counter. And the app is no longer acknowledging I had an order either. Shame too, because I had put aside extra cash for that very nice delivery driver too, just in case we got that gentleman again.After reading other reviews, I’m guessing my order got canceled and I didn’t get a courtesy text. Thanks, Papa John’s. A simple message would have been nice.
Last night they were sipposed to close at midnight...i ordered at 1045 pm. Got there at 1105 only to be told that they cancelled my order because they needed the time to clean up, etc. So Pizza Hut it was....and it was ready and great when i got there. Sad, bad North Ft Myers Papa Johns. I wish i could give them s minus 1 for last night....and it wasnt the pizza, just the staff.
Had a great Friday night pizza experience. I ordered through the app and 2 pizzas were ready by the time I picked up 15 minutes later. nIt was also one of the best Works or supreme type pizzas I have, do not change those ingredients they are perfect.
my mother ordered 2 pizzas when they arrived it was the size of a personal pizza for 15$ each. on the website trying to order a large pizza it says 14.99$. when my mother called the manager she hung up on her and told her to eat it.
Just had Papa John's pizza...Cape Coral....2 lge thin crust...delivered...Absolutely terrible!!!! Hardly any toppings...Will never recommend Cape Coral Papa John's .AND, $25.00 each !!!!!!!!!!!!
First and foremost I love Papa John’s Pizza. But for some reason the store in North Fort Myers can’t get it right. My pizza was so cold when it was delivered that it felt like I took it out of the fridge. I’m wondering if they do not have the bags to heat your pizza anymore. I could live with the cold pizza but I really wanted a fresh hot one so I picked up the phone to call them and I was literally sitting on hold for a half an hour no exaggeration. I think management really needs to address the situation

They have coupons in a local coupon book, then when you try to use them in person they say they only take coupons online. Pretty terrible customer service in my opinion. I will never go there again.
