I took my beautiful wife and our children here for her birthday last night 5/6/22. Food is way overpriced for the quality and quantity. Drinks are way overpriced (extremely) about twice as much as anywhere else. The food was mediocre at best. They were very friendly servers and the restaurant portion was fairly clean but the bathroom (mens) was filthy. Paper towel machine is hanging half off of the wall with no paper towels. It was not clean at all.If you like to pay high prices for food and drink with a nice atmosphere do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This isn’t the place. They’re are MANY more restaurants in Ftmyers that offer much better fare than this one does. They also charge a Non-Cash Fee to your bill.We will NOT be going here again. Very disappointed!
We just ate there two days ago. No complaints. Absolutely fantastic food and staff. We had questions and the chef even came out to talk with us. We will be going back. 100% worth a try
Wow! Absolutely amazing! The food is so delicious and authentic! The restaurant was clean and the staff took care of us so well! We are so happy we found this place. The food looked and tasted so good we forgot to take pictures. When we return we will add photos!
Great food cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Servers were attentive and very friendly. They had entertainment tonight which was a pleasant surprise. The band was very good and sang Motown oldies. My husband and I had a great date night!
We have dined here 3 times, each time we ordered salad for a side. The salad comes out with the steak that is served in a hot plate. So, while you eat your salad, your steak continues to cook. Despite this, the steak was amazing!The second time we went, we ordered appetizers and asked for the salads to come out before the meal. The appetizer, salad and meal all came out together. Steak was ok this time.Third time’s a charm right? Nope! Again, salad came out with meal even though we asked for it first and the steaks were pretty grainy.All in all, the ola cue has potential and the servers are friendly.
Pantanal Bar & Grill served me THE BEST EVER STEAK + choice of two sides I’ve ever had anywhere! And the price was very reasonable! Great service, too!
Great flavors, huge portions and great staff. We came in with a large group and non of us had ever eaten here. We were all impressed with the portion sizes, my steak and shrimp meal could've fed 2 people. Steaks come out on a hot skillet and were cooked perfectly!! Everyone in our group had an amazing meal. They seemed to be having staffing issues, as most restaurants are now a days, but we barely noticed because our waitress was on it! Thanks from the girl wearing the crown a few nights ago!!
We were staying at the hotel nextdoor so decided to give this bar and grill a try. It was a first class decision. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable (Jocelin).I ordered the sirloin steak,it was cooked to perfection and well presented, The 2 sides that I ordered were lovely.The place has a lovely ambiance and we were never rushed.would highly recommend this restaurant....
Pantanal restaurant served one the best meals I’ve ever eaten in Fort Myers. The food was spot on and the meat portions were perfect. Authentic Brazilian cuisine, we had the churrasco for 2 and caipirinhas were amazing. The staff was delighted to serve us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We are looking forward to our next visit there.
