Friendly staff and accurate service.
Food tastes good but for breakfast, ALWAYS special order if you're getting a biscuit! Otherwise the outer edges (on a standard bacon egg and cheese biscuit for instance) will be so hard you'll break a tooth! It's very frustrating to get home and have to pick off the outer half inch of every biscuit because it's as hard as a rock! Perhaps they should consider not leaving them under the warming light for quite so long?
Tell you what that place is just down the street I wish there was a Burger King or Wendy's or an Arby's or Chick-fil-A close by cuz I definitely would not pick McDonald's as my first choice cuz they never keep the food warm it's always almost cold they're just too much in a hurry and they suck anymore especially that location I've had more problems with it I still go and give them a chance but it's not my favorite place anymore.
Good fast food experience, quick and easy in and out. Order was correct and food was hot and fresh.

This is usually a 5 star McDonald's. They have exceptional service and wonderful employees. However for the last FEW WEEKS they have NO ICE to give customers for their drinks. This is unacceptable! Hopefully corporate can figure this out. The employees don't deserve to be working at a restaurant like this when it's a corporate problem.
Finally finally finally a Mackey D's whose mgmt AND workers were on it fast, efficient, and courteous. I've never given a McDonald's more than 3 stars. This one is definitely ? 5 ?

Very busy with large delivery orders, but the friendly staff person (manager?) took the time to find my order and get me served quickly. Used the app and got my order.
First our crispy chicken sandwich wasn’t crispy it was burnt. no biggie they exchanged it for an actually crispy chicken sandwich. Then our fries have no salt. Taste like i’m eating potato skins.
