Sat inside the restaurant for 10 mins with no employees inside. They never took our order or anything! All employees were outside smoking!! Yea
All three employees two females and one male just standing around eating stores food and drinking their drinks instead of making the store money. surprisingly one of them seemed to be the manager and she was on her personal phone while tending to the drive-through not only was the lobby closed an hour before closing but as you approach the front drive-through window to get some sort of service they open the window with an attitude. Frankly don’t wonder when your business is forced to shut down
NEVER AGAIN! Don’t go unless you want salmonella/ food poisoning!!! Recently I went to the KFC IN NORTH FORT MYERS, Florida and was disrespected by an employee working there, now the Manager on duty didn’t do anything or intervene to help me. She just stood there entertained by it all. After purchasing my food, I let the employee know hey if you don’t want to fix my food you don’t have too since you have a bad attitude already! And he didn’t use gloves or wash his hands when preparing my food, that’s why I spoke letting him know hey don’t make it if you're going to complain about washing your hands! Simple procedures that they have to follow anyways! The employee, He then started bickering going back and forth, cursing me out in front of my MOTHER! In front of other guests that was there in the lobby awaiting, (they left during it by the way.) They want your money but don’t want to work for it! No human decency, no mutual respect. I say all that to say this, I never felt so bad, so dirty, so disgusted by a Restaurant ever in my entire life! Just unprofessional, unsanitary & GHETTOOO! If you want to get yelled at like your some 5year old child & get sick then this is the place to go! You’ll be on the toilet for years! You’re welcome and god bless! Oh yeah and during us arguing he left out one of my items I paid for, I hope it wasn’t on purpose but hey it’s fine cause KFC IS CANCELED FOR ME & my FAMILY! I even called the manager to let her know before it would get to this point but they never answer ! I tried but no thank you.

Biscuit was hard tenders were soggy and not hot. Waited for over 5 mins to be greeted at counter .The ceiling tiles and vent in dining room are in need of repair rust all over bottom of pop dispenser windows and window ledges dirty.
I work close to this location and this is my 3rd time have a bad experience. The first time I spoke with management about their bad communication among each other and to me. It took them 1 hour to cook 10 hot wings.? second time I order a sandwich and the lady took damn near 30 mins to bring me my order. Now this time I decided to call ahead of my break and give them 20 mins headstart?To only find out when I get here the lady who answered the phone did not tell the cook to prepare the meal so now I have to wait 15 mins. Just know I will never come back to another kfc restaurant in my life.
Lady was nice and professional. Food was quick and packaged perfectly. She even put honey and jelly packets in the bag. We dont eat fast-food often and when we do we are always disappointed. I was so pleasantly suprised I felt the need to leave this review.

Chicken sandwich is amazing.... would have gotten five stars but they did away with the potato wedges
