Zero Stars. This is a pretty typical review of this dive. Pizza is ok, but the only reason I ever purchase pizza from here is that it is between my/my wife’s work and home. However, pretty much every time we order and pick up from there my wife and/or myself are treated like trash. The typical treatment is impatience, huffing, eye rolling, unwillingness to listen, berating for changing orders and just rudeness. They remind me of the Soup N… guy from Seinfeld. Convenience or not, this will be our last time ordering from there. I will not put up with their attitudes any longer since they got our order entirely wrong and treated us as if it is our fault then berated us yet again. I will take the extra 10-15 min and we can get better pizza and better hospitality from Little Cs.
Been a while since I wrote a review but had to share.. So the wifey and decided to come to Heavenly Pizza in N Ft Myers as we have passed it for years. We could sit anywhere which was nice. The first thing I noticed were the prices..lower than expected. We both went for 12 inch pies..one with mushroom,one with green peppers and black olive. Now being a former New Yorker I know good from bad...this wasn't the greatest, but not the worst. There was a lack of sauce which I think made it bland. No complaints about it being piping hot but that doesn't change the fact it was sub-par. It's a shame because it's in a prime location (close to a movie theater, home goods outlets, etc..so there should be no reason for pizza not living up to the title of pizza. We don't plan to go again because to be honest, wings, subs, pastas, etc can be gotten anywhere. If we go to a place for pizza, that's precisely what we go for.
Decent pizza, great subs! Steer clear of blonde waitress though , zero sense of humor and never smiles. Always looks like she is ready to stab someone !. OUCH ! Needs to find new line of work for sure...
I've been ordering pizzas from this place since we started coming down, always great. But tonight, they took it to another level, this pizza is, by far, the best I've had outside of NY. I've seen complaints, open your mouth, they cook how you want it, everyone is different. Jet's has never produced a pizza this good
In 6 months we have ordered 21 times from here. Loved it immediately and kept going back with no problems whatsoever.And especially love that it is a local ma and pa shop.Tonight however things went wrong. I placed the exact same order as the previous ones, from the same phone number with the same name. Went to pick it up and they didn't have any history of it.In the past few weeks we noticed a change in staff but didn't have any problems but now......
We have been coming here for 20+ years. My daughter was just a baby and now, we meet up there! We go for the delicious Parmigiano peppercorn ranch on a tossed salad and they have green olives for our pizza! It is Heavenly pizza for sure!
horrible service. I called and ordered a pizza and the girl answering have me the total and hung up abruptly. When I showed up they didn't have any record of my order. No apology and the girl at the register was completely indifferent
Awesome pizza! Best we have had in a long time! Came hot and fast! Everyone was very friendly. Will definately call them from now on!
I work in the same plaza as this pizza place and I've been in a handful of times and I only ever go in between 12 and 3 and I always go in looking for single slices of pizza, and it says they offer it online and in store but they never have it, then when I ask if I wait, how long it will take, they always get an attitude and tell me something outrageous like 45 min to an hour. I've eaten here before and I know the pizza is good. But they definitely need to work on customer service and being prepared a little better.
