Ordered orange chicken. It tasted old. Like it was pulled out of the cooler and not heated enough. It was still cold! The chicken had that dense tough dryness to it. You could just tell it wasn't fresh.I called to complain. They offered to replace it but my now I dont want to drive back out there. But in order to get any refund I have to bring the chicken back to the store anyway. I asked for store credit. She said she still needs the chicken back.Like are you crazy? Its nasty. I dont want anymore of it. I offer to keep returning and ask for store credit. Now I will never go back.
I ordered beef broccoli, shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls. Every thing had an it's been laying around too long and shouldn't be served texture to it; the vegetables were m7shy, the meat was rubbery, and the egg rolls were soft and squishy. The flavors were just not right. The sauce for the beef was thin and watery and not appetizing at all.Anyone can have an off day, but this was just unacceptable.
The food here the food here is always awesome it's always consistent the staff is extremely nice when I call they always remember what I order I order from them at least one or two times a week. I can't say enough about this restaurant the food is amazing
Closest Chinese food to us. Very decent. Would poop here if they had a bathroom.
We have been getting Chinese food from this place for awhile now and the food has always been hot . The order is always ready when I arrive . Highly recommend the wonton soup and chicken teriyaki!!!
Worst customer service ever. I placed an order of food for about $60 drove back home and realized they did not put in a large pork fried rice. I called to see if they could refund the credit card for the mist item and they told me that there is no way they could do it.
We have been getting Chinese food from great wall for sometime. Now owners have gotten so greedy that when you asked for a little thing of sweet-and-sour sauce because they only give you a little one so if you asked for a second one now they charge you $.50 for a little one and if you want a big one they charge you $1.50 that’s how greedy they become.This is what they charge you $.50 for it not even 1/2 full. Embarrassing.

Ordered the house lo mein last night, extra, extra spicy, it was amazing, nice little kick. All the food was delicious, but the lo mein was on point
The Sesame chicken tastes good. Good fried rice too. Definitely a solid choice for Chinese take out.
