Service was subpar. Staff literally did not care. Food was undercooked.Half of our table left to go home as they had not received service after 90mins and when we waited to pay the gal did not box anything and then we continued to WAIT for a bill. She had no idea that we had not even received an invoice and the majority of our party already returned home.Arrived around 5pm on a Friday, with only one other table in the room dining to then sit for more than an hour and a half. Still to go home without having eaten. Cold food.Previously we enjoyed a nice meal at this location. No longer the case.2 adults. 2 daughters. Children's menu, salad, wings and chicken parmigiana.$100+ for food no one was able to enjoy.Wings were cold are barely cookedUtensil’s were no where. No water served.Such a major letdown. Not at all what we experienced a year ago. And the staff literally did not care.

Omg do they know their pizza best NY style yet!! And let me tell you if your looking for Gluten Friendly options they are a great go to!! Absolutely fresh ingredients with the most friendly service...they make you feel like family!! Bonus Jessica is a serious pleasure and makes your dining experience even better! Try the goat cheese TO DIE FOR!!

If you are looking for a great meal at a family owned local restaurant, you have found it!! We ordered the special that day, spinach ravioli. Wow. Delicious. The alfredo sauce was perfect not too thick, great flavor and the ravioli were amazing. We also tried the kale sausage soup. Great flavor, a lot of bits of sausage! Another home run! This will be a regular stop for us now!Update: Today we had shared a Pizza and garlic knots... delicious!

We waited over an hour for our food and there were only 2 more other table besides ours! Once our food arrived my husband lasagna was a kid size version for $16 bucks! My chicken Alfredo with broccoli $22 plate was over filled with what tasted like sand! The waitress was really nice but obviously understaff ( which we understand, how tough things are.

Staff is very accommodating. Food is always on point. Highly recommend this place, for those that imbibe, coldest beer in town. Good people should always be supported. Especially in this fiascoAll the best.

5 of us went to Grandma Penny’s last night for Italian. I will start by saying the bread was very good and fresh. Three of us ordered Chicken Parmesan, one person ordered the special Lobster Ravioli, and one person had the Spaghetti. The portions were large and the chicken was tender. The sauce onthe Chicken Parmesan was watery and tasteless. The Lobster Ravioli sauce was horrible and the raviolis were filled with some kind of mush that did not taste like lobster at all. The Fettuccine Alfredo sauce was tasteless also. The pastas were all cheap bought and tasteless. We were all disappointed and will never eat any of the pasta dishes again. Stick with their pizza…It is good!!

The absolute best pizza we've had in quite some time.Fresh vegetables, delicious airy garlic knots.100% recommend

Best pizzeria in and around North Fort Myers Great staff and friendly patrons

we love Grandma penneys you always welcome us even if it's 10 to 12 people families...and we come late near closing time. pizza is great and staff and customer service is excellent too!!

Red sauce for mussels was a little too salty for me and the margarita pizza was just ok and the garlic knots did not have any minced garlic on it just a garlic butter. I've had better.
