Fries were cold and the bottom bun had nothing on it (dry). Worst fries I have had in four yeRs in Florida.
Nothing but nice things to say about this place when I do go there I order the number 1 Whopper with no mayo, it comes out fresh, piping hot ??everything's clean the employees are courteous polite.
$1 ice cream and $2 slushes? Heck yeah! Thanks for understanding that people need a treat for cheap. BK, keeping it real.
*BEGGARS CAN'T BE CHOOSERS*Just want that at the top for ya'll coming to "gods waiting room" and not wanting/having to work. EVERY business is understaffed and struggling with this inflation BS, so no the world does not revolve around you. Props to everyone working at this establishment and all others. Sure my fries were warm and small not medium but its not a 5star restaurant! Food was just as expected?Thank you burger king staff!! These snowflakes just need to stay home ?
There is a worker named sheina who makes our coffees extra good for us!! She’s so sweet I love to see people caring about their job.
We came and made an order inside and cashed out at 9:00pm after getting the order at 9:06 I went to leave but ended up having to pull through the drive thru for more items my family had wanted. We pulled right up to the speaker and were told to wait a minute. As a 2nd car pulled up to the other speaker and they were waited on and then another car! I then pulled up since we were skipped over. When I got to the window they were not happy I skipped the speaker and 1 lady even said I should be told no to making my order at the window. The lady ended up taking my order (after checking her phone) I was then asked to pull up and wait. I was fine with that. I pulled up and around to the door so the worker could walk right out the door to us. But as I sat there no one came and I watched more cars come and go through the line! After 10 minutes of waiting I was very upset and pulled up to go in where I was told by a worker to pull to the window they have the fresh order. I pull up and they said the lady who took my order told them I had left but yet I didn't exit the parking lot! We were given the "fresh" order. Drove 3 minutes home to find our fries are pretty much empty and the chicken sandwiches are all gross and soggy! The burgers from my 1st order and nasty since it was over 30 minutes waiting for the rest of our food! $21 wasted plus the cost of making food my family could eat after getting home!
I got COLD fries. The cashier and others were busy so now my burger is getting cold waiting. Then an employee Bobby, who was on his lunch break, got up and MADE ME NEW FRIES! That is above and beyond topnotch customer service and Bobby should be recognized for it. Thanks again Bobby!
I went through the drive through and it was a little slow but not to the fault of the workers but the people ordering food. My food came out just how I ordered. The icee was a little melted but still enjoyed it very much!
Went to get dinner and they were closed on a Friday night at 7pm.
Worst Burger King experience ever food wise. Service was good though. Probably won't ever go back and it's the only fast food close to home.
