The waiter was very attentive and respectful. Food came out in a timely manner. So very new interesting drinks sparked our eye and they were refilled promptly. The food was good my partners looked much better because my chicken tenders had been shrunk into nugget size. It probably wouldn't be such an issue but to only have 3 nuggets with a large bowl of pasta was very disproportionately uneven. Overall still an enjoyable restaurant will be back.
Nice atmosphere, nice visual, not too loud even outside. My only complaint is that the servers were not quick enough when my friend ran out of a beverage and they did not ask her when she ordered wings whether she wanted them to be exceedingly hot. But I will give him this they took it off the bill. So all in all I give them a four-star rating
Our server was phenomenal. He was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. My granddaughters enjoyed their burgers. There were no vegetarian options asside from side salads. I will occasionally eat fish, so selected a shrimp bowl. It was delivered with undercooked shrimp, so it was sent back. The second time it was delivered, the shrimp were still not cooked, andwhen I declined it, I was told "they are cooked to temperature". Shrimp change color and consistency when they are done...these shrimp looked raw, I again refused them, and also cancelled the meal. Our server was again very gracious and apologetic. We had plans to see a movie, I did not have time to wait for a replacement meal. He is the only reason I would consider returning to this Applebee's in the future.
Waited almost an hour for curbside pickup when it was supposed to be 10 minutes. There were exactly 2 customers inside, so it was not busy at all. After finally getting my food, I now see that it is a terrible place to eat. Fast food quality with restaurant prices. Absolutely horrible, I’d be lucky if I don’t get food poisoning. Would not recommend this place at all
Got there for an early dinner. Waitress was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Food was generally good and hot but ribs were tough. At most places you can pull ribs apart easily but it took some strength or a knife to get them apart. Flavor was good, but meat on the bone was limited.
Food quality is absolutely horrible, more like a McDonald's now, nasty cold fries were in a fast food box like McDonald's! Seems most food is going from frozen to microwave. Was a favorite for years, we will never be back! 61.00 wasted. Went to burger King day after, much better 1/4 the cost!!
Haven't been there in 2 years before Covid. Spinach and artichoke dip was delicious. I got grilled chicken and strawberry salad. Delicious ? husband loves the boneless chicken. Will go back.
Only went because of outdoor dining. We have only eaten out twice since the pandemic. If the waitress didn't wear a mask, we wouldn't have gone.
Where do I start: asked for coke,got Pepsi, appetizer tasted wierd. Before I forget, most customers were older, yet the music was for like age 16-maybe 30. Guess they play it for the workers. Wasn't given any water, wanted to ask but waitress rarely came to our table. We ordered a margarita, it came in two glasses. Overall the food was mediocre. Not likely to go back, snowbirds probably save them from going out of business.
Food was great and service was good. Our server handled a grumpy old customer with grace and a smile behind her mask. we appreciate Jess. thank you
