Bad wings!!!! Hard as a rock. Crew didn't seam to care when I complained. Why aren't fresh wings made when ordered???? WON'T go back there but I will spread the word.Don't waste your money

I'm a DoorDash driver. I am not very familiar with the menu but made a delivery today and customer informed me that part of a "meal" she ordered was not there. The app did not show what is included in the meal on my end so I did not know it was missing. Customer informed me it happens a lot.
They have the best salad. And when they are fresh, it is even better.
Visited the location in Niceville, Florida around 5pm. Let me start by saying this is the coldest restaurant I have ever been in. Most of the employees were wearing sweatshirts or Hoodies even though the temperature was 78 outside. I had to take half of my salad to the car to finish because I was freezing. My house salad was good, chicken moist & crispy. My husband had chicken fingers & french fries. Fingers were good, fries not so much, a little mushy & not crispy at all.
Very unprofessional experience on the night of February 19, 2022, as the employees had told me that they had thrown out the food my doordash customer had requested and refused to remake it despite still being there. They did not handle me as a customer very tactfully as they had rude attitudes with the very few words that were spoken. I had similar problems the night before in Fort Walton

Terrible customer service..Couldn’t get the drive thru order right and wouldn’t give me something else instead. They wouldn’t take the food back and said I would have to pay for something different. Guess my order will still be on the counter if you arrive there since they can’t take my food back…because that’s where I left it. Terrible customer service Also, the girl packing the orders kept playing with her hair and She never washed her hands before packing more orders. Eeek
Asked for extra toast and received absolutely no toast...
