Blevin the assistant manager is a stand up employee, after the NIceville High school graduation flooded the store at the end of his shift, he without hesitation offered to stay late. With a line wrapping around the building Blevin and his team quickly took action by taking orders and got customers through the line. Great leadership and teamwork by all.

I asked for napkins while standing at your sales counter. An employee handed me some napkins. When my order arrived at the table, there were some napkins on the tray. All was fine until your employee dropped an inch thick if napkins on my try and said, here are the extra napkins you asked for. I picked up the stack and tried to hand them back to your employee, she said No, you touched them I can't take them back.Making your my customer look stupid in front of other people is a sign of the wrong management in charge.Replace the staff.

Niceville location- We had to wait for someone to take our order at the counter and we were the only customers, while waiting a really long time, they repeatedly asked us if it was an online order when (we had just ordered at the register). Then to top it off, they forgot a combo and we had to drive back. This was our 1st disappointing Whataburger experience ? But the food was still good once we finally got it!
Dined in, hot food, great service, friendly cashier and staff that provided napkins, condiments. Great place, I will be back! (In fact I went back the next day haha)Also, my wife is gf(sensitivity), not many options, but she ordered a burger without the bun.
Since I travel a lot I tend to eat at fast food restaurants. This particular Whataburger has been on of my favorites for years. k The employees are friendly and professional, the dining area is always clean. To me the food is a bit overpriced but worth it. It has easy on and off highway access, Oh, did I mention that the Whataburger meal is really tasty?

There are 2 places to get a burger in my immediate area, McDonalds and Whataburger. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a fry and a onion ring and a drink. One sandwich was a plain cheeseburger. We waited 45-60 mins. Once the food came out, we left. Got home and there was no plain cheeseburger but a fully loaded burger. Even IF I allowed for the extra time for a special made (plain) burger, I got the wrong one. So all that time and order was still wrong. This location (hwy 20 Niceville) really need to get it together!
