Luis is the absolute best. 10/10 customer service. This man should be managing a high end restaurant on the beach, not a Wendy’s in Niceville.
Workers rights matter regardless of gender.age. race. or mental handicap. This company takes advantage of not only the precious time of the elderly but takes advantage and violates minor work rights laws. Warning is a strong right to work company and will fire employees for no call no show even if they are in the hospital dieing.Cares very little for its community never-mind its own workers. It's corporate greed shows you why most of this company's employees are homeless and or living in hotel rooms

Mobile order food was ready quickly and staff is always friendly! (I also Doordash with them)
90% of the time they do not start a DoorDash order until the DoorDash driver gets there, which is frustrating!!! I know you see the order well before I get there 10 minutes prior!!!
For some reason there was difficulty using the mobile pay and the employees and management were very accommodating and friendly. I will not be using the mobile pay anymore but I will continue to go to this Wendy’s location because of the staff.
I was only customer in the lot and my order ,drive through ,was completely wrong.baconless baconnator, kids meal burger wrong . I mean I could understand if they are busy but.
Every Saturday trip for the croissant breakfast, It's usually a pleasant experience when the young, dark hair and glasses girl is at the drive through, I often tip her because she is so friendly, Recently had several unpleasant experiences when the elderly Asian ladies are working. They are rude, snarky and hard to understand. I guess they don't know the difference between a biscuit and a croissant.
Great place to eat fast food. Always friendly drive through staff. Only experienced 1 worker to be negative but it was super busy and at the end of a shift. $2 frosty key tags for the year are a must!! So worth the money! My family and I love the male hispanic manager (I will look at his name tag next time I go through)!! He is superb and always a delight! He is so friendly, helpful, polite and always smiling!! He deserves 5 + stars for sure!!! I will give 5 stars to the restaurant when their lobby reopens to public.
I like the new fries. Service was drive thru as dining area was closed. The workers were masked. They were friendly and efficient.
