This place was dead and still had crappie service! Messed up my hash browns 2x. The cook was on the phone when we got there then had finally got up to make our food. Looked around a bit for a refill on our coffee and noticed the other 2 people had disappeared! Finally after waiting about 10mins another person that had not been there before appeared from the back to hand the food to us. This is went we don't go here
Lmao we thought waffle house was open 24 HOURS but apparently not at this location. Pulled up about 11 on the dot and had some rude waitress smoking a cig with a horrible bun tell us they were closed only to see people in there EATING FOOD. No explanation was given at all, just a rude attitude and some nasty looks. She was pointing at our car and started smirking as if she was happy to not do her job. It was piss poor service and just rude attitudes all around. Wouldn't recommend.
I always love going to Waffle House when I travel because I know what to expect and enjoy the portions and prices. But that doesn't always mean the restaurant it self meets the quality of the former. This one not only was amazing but the staff were excellent and really made for a pleasant breakfast. My waitress was super helpful and made sure I was taken care of while I was here. Passed the first Waffle House and came here and I'm really glad because this one was excellent!!
It was colder in the waffle House than outside. Wasn't a pleasant experience shaking and eating at the same time. Turn the heat up, please.
Worst waffle house I have been to. It took 20 minutes to gets drinks. The cook go it for us. 5 minutes later order was taken. 20 minutes later food came out. I had to reach and get my own silverware. No refill offered on our coffee. My friend got his ham 10 minutes later after his main meal. I told the server I hadn't gotten my waffle nor my ham either. I left after 20 minutes. Walked out as my waffle was still cooking after a long while. Probably burning in there and my ham was never even dropped.Server needs to stop touching her face. Worst meal ever. If I could rate a 0 start I would.
Its a standard waffle house. The main reason I eat here is that I know they are open 24/7 rain or shine. Also I like breakfast items.
The waitress was trying very hard but catching slack from coworkers. We had a party of 5- No jalapeños in hashbrowns, no hot sauce or ketchup, no drinks till we asked for them, one burger had 2 tops on it, air vent was blowing directly over us and freezing all of us- we switched tables since we had to wait so long for food or drink. I feel like this place was short handed like everyone else. We tipped the waitress very well because she was really trying but just having a bad day. Sorry to say that we won't return
Walked in with my wife and every single table was filthy as were the seats. Food and condiments were spilled all over the seats and the tables EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM !!! Was full of plates and glasses ! Not one table was ready for customers. One waitress a rather husky woman stayed behind counter just stayed there in a fog while engaged in conversation the whole time we were there!!! A elderly woman finally seated us at a table which she used a greasy rag to wipe seats and then picked the dirty plates and took our order. The area for the cook was totally in disarray with trash and food all over the floor !!! Upon our way out 20 mins later not another table was cleaned !!! We were appalled!!! Never again !!! This occurred on Saturday the 19th of November at 2:45 am.
Really convenient if you're working mid shift on base.
