Do NOT go here past 10:00 PM! 9/10 they will claim to be out of food, system is down, or close 30 minutes early - any excuse to not work!On 5/25/22, we visited two Taco Bell locations, one on 110 W. John Sims Parkway in Niceville, Florida and at 4573 E. Highway 20 in Niceville, Florida. We arrived at the first location at 10:00 PM and waited in line 15 minutes, just to be told our order could not be taken and that the system was down. They did not have a way to drive out of the line, so we waited 10 more minutes before we could leave. We then drove to the second location and arrived around 10:35. An employee walked outside the building to tell us they had NO beef at a Taco Bell, no chalupas, or pizzas. We said okay, we could try to work with those limitations. Waited in line not even 5 more minutes before they shut the lights off and the same employee walks out again saying, "They told me we are closing now, sorry." 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close! This is not the first time this has happened either. I am highly displeased and appalled that BOTH Taco Bell locations in the area denied us service for one reason or another. Completely unprofessional.
If I could give them less than one star would. I place our orders via the app. Unfortunately , Our orders were wrong we're wrong and not made incorrectly. Then to top it off the food was cold.. I don't recommend this location even for a quick bite... A waste
Great manning at this location as of March 22, 2022, counted about 13 workers. Very friendly, would be 5 stars but the order was missing multiple items, went back and they made it right without a hitch.
If I can count on 1 thing from this Taco Bell, it's that they WILL mess up your order. They used be decent, but over the last 6 months- every time I go, they either say they are out of something, report their machines are down and ALWAYS give me the wrong food. They have even turned off the lights at night pretending they were closed. This evening around 8p, I had my husband get the boxes for the family warning him they would most likely mess it up. Ordered 2 family burrito boxes and 1 family taco box----- guess what---- all tacos and 8 burritos. I know that may seem petty, but this is after our orders being messed up literally every time we go, I had to give a bad review. Also- this is for the evening shift. I cannot speak for hour the day shift works.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Unless you want the slowest, worst service from any Taco Bell you've ever been to (and they will probably mess up your order too). To begin, it took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I actually timed it. People were turning off their car ignition after moving because we knew we would be waiting in that exact spot for 5 minutes (or more). When I finally got my order, I opened it to make sure the order was correct (it had been almost 20 minutes since I ordered. In my experience the longer the time between ordering and getting your order the greater the likelihood a mistake was made). To no ones surprise, instead of nacho fries, there was a bag of chips. When I brought this to their attention, the shift manager (who was the same person that took my order) informed me they were out of fries. Why I wasn't told this when I ordered is anyone's guess. Was I offered a partial refund for not receiving what I had already paid for? Nope. All I got was a "sorry". I will be staying away from this Taco Bell for a long while in the hopes they get their act together. Hopefully, during that time a competitor will open in Niceville and then I will never go back to this location again.
Been going to this taco bell for years! This used to be an amazing establishment but with new management in place there have been problems with rudeness & poor communication. The food is still good but the people aren't as welcoming as they once were. For the food we will continue to eat here but just know if you come to this location that the customer service isn't the best!!
Waited in line for 45 mins just to see how long it would take. There was a group of 5 cars and we never moved. When Turning around I looked in the establishment and there were 3 workers just standing around and laughing. I don’t know if it was some kind of joke or if I was getting on the show “PUNKED” but the crew that was working the night of February the 4th at 10 needs to be fired. Apparently customer service and timely service is not a big deal to this establishment
Worked here as my first job, knew that fast food jobs don't really ask for much when it comes to education and importance. But, I can literally get scammed by this establishment by let's say buying a supreme 12 pack and only ever get regular tacos losing like "5 dollars". 8/10 orders here are always wrong and the sodas are never refilled so I get to just taste bubble water. Poor quality.
I ordered two crunchy tacos, bean burrito, cheesy gordito crunch, with two Cinnabon delites. What I got was two wet crunchy tacos, a cold bean burrito, as well as one old cold Cinnabon delite. Very poor service no pictures because I just tossed it in the trash. 13$ down the drain.
Management really needs to lay off these poor workers about the drive thru timer. They'll literally make you go back on the road to do a U turn to come back to the parking lot when nobody is behind you so that their time looks good. For like 4 items. It has happened to me so many times here and at other ones. I'm not the type of person to expect any kind of amazing experience at a fast food place, but it's just a pretty dumb thing to do to customers. I just don't need to care about a place's drive thru timer.
