Do NOT go here past 10:00 PM! 9/10 they will claim to be out of food, system is down, or close 30 minutes early - any excuse to not work!On 5/25/22, we visited two Taco Bell locations, one on 110 W. John Sims Parkway in Niceville, Florida and at 4573 E. Highway 20 in Niceville, Florida.We arrived at the first location at 10:00 PM and waited in line 15 minutes, just to be told our order could not be taken and that the system was down. They did not have a way to drive out of the line, so we waited 10 more minutes before we could leave. We then drove to the second location and arrived around 10:35. An employee walked outside the building to tell us they had NO beef at a Taco Bell, no chalupas, or pizzas. We said okay, we could try to work with those limitations. Waited in line not even 5 more minutes before they shut the lights off and the same employee walks out again saying, "They told me we are closing now, sorry." 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close! This is not the first time this has happened either. I am highly displeased and appalled that BOTH Taco Bell locations in the area denied us service for one reason or another. Completely unprofessional.
Quickest and best taco bell in Niceville. Very clean and very friendly staff. They do an awesome job of running this location. Order are always correct also.
Went thru for lunch and ordered a quesidilla combo and a steak combo and got back to the office and instead had 4 tacos, one of which had no meat in it. Tried to call them two times and they never would answer the phone. No wonder their drive thru is always empty.
FYI NEW MANAGEMENT IS FANTASTIC! This is the first time that I've been to this Taco Bell location in several years. My family and I were truly wowed not only by the level of care and attention put into restaurant cleanliness, upkeep, and food preparation but also the extraordinary customer service that each member we interacted with provided. Our order had multiple customization and dietary requirements and this was the first instance where the order was made accurately. The manager Jay is an asset to your organization and definitely deserves kudos. It is plain to see that he prides himself in running a tight ship as well as fostering a fantastic work enviroment for his employees. (Which can be rare in the restaurant industry.) He made my family and I feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Due to his/his staff's dilligence in creating a safe and clean atmosphere we felt more than comfortable dining in. Thank you HWY 20 NV Taco Bell! You guys are the best!
Ciara was so kind in the drive threw this morning ! Great friendly customer service and food was hot and fresh with everything accounted for ! Even the manager went over and beyond to bring the food to my car for me ! Most def will be back
This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever eaten atConsistently. It is only ever good one out of 11 times. Tacos are almost always stale. The cheesy gordita crunch is never cooked to where the cheese is melted which gives the soft taco on the outside a raw uncooked taste and texture; very unpleasant. It just seems that the employees do not prepare the food to company standards at all. This place would literally be 10 times better if they just went by proper training.
The people working the drive thru are very ride I never had any problems before until recently I've noticed the lady on the microphone acts like your ruining her day by ordering food she is very rude laughing at you as you order multiple items and rudely asking is that gonna be all?. I'll drive to the other taco bell in niceville from now on. Karen rant over...
Got charged TWICE and got food poisoning! Contacted management and got the run around saying it couldn't be from them even though that was the only thing I ate. Its been over a week now and still haven't got my money back on the 2nd charge.
Most polite gay food place over been to for a while. Everyone smiles, and are kind and efficient. Bravo!
