the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. the entire place is a dump, nothings been fixed or refurbished since the place probably first opened. treats her employees like lab rats & has no consideration for the fact that she's working these teenagers to the bone without even helping the slightest. I would never go back there or even give her a dime of my money because she so clearly doesnt appreciate the money she gets through her business. the moment I met her I got nothings but awful vibes.
I've been going there ALOT lately I love the spicy Italian sub and I get it fixed up ??? and I love the great deals and prices
The food was fresh and good but the manager was completely horrible very unprofessional.
I love this subway, so polite and helpful! The employees take extra care to make sure a sandwich is made well and not just thrown together. I’ll be back
Worst Subway ever for management. Had used this Subway location since it opened but the new management and owners are horrible. Stopped in the other day to get lunch for wife and myself. The manager told me to leave and that she would not serve me. When I asked why, she said it was because I had made too many complaints. Over the past year I’ve made 2 complaints through corporate because they didn’t make my orders correctly when using the Subway app and then they argued with me about it even after I showed them the order as it had been placed from the app. I had ordered double meat each time, paying for it on the app but they didn’t give it to me on my orders. When I asked in the store each time they said that’s not the way it works or comes to them at the store and they refused to refund or remake the subs. If the Subway app allows me to do it and I’m paying the extra, I better get what I paid for. Stopped using the app after the last issue and have gone in multiple times afterwards until last week when the female manager refused me service and told me to leave or she’d call the police. Recent reviews say in the past few days that they have inappropriate pictures and/or signs against President Biden in the store. As a 26 year Air Force Vet, I highly recommend staying away from this Subway location
