Ordered online so I could quickly pick up breakfast on the way home. 15 minutes after scheduled pickup, they removed my name from the screen, but didn’t put the order on the shelf. When I asked, they told me it will be another 13 minutes until they finish making my food! The timing is all up to them; why not tell me the correct pickup time? Definitely not a quick pickup. Barely even breakfast anymore by the time I’ll be done waiting for management to get their act together.

Bought a soup, 1/2 salad and coffee and wife bought a cheese pizza. Over price ($28.00) see photo, underwhelmed by the portion size and flavor quality. The order was processed and my name appeared, then moved to ready but was not out on the counter, then it disappeared and finally about 3 minutes later it appeared on the counter. Total time for soup salad and pizza nearly 15 minutes. I think they are measured by corporate on how fast they prepare meals. Otherwise they would have had my name up only after it was on the counter. I also saw 2 hot meals for table delivery set they for over 5 minute while i was waiting for mine.

Curb side pick up doesn't work even if you select it on the app. They always expect you to come in.

They were very shorthanded so the order took a little longer, BUT they let me know and even offered a complimentary bakery item. 5 stars for communication, the hard work, and the food smells delicious.

Something like a three from me. Honestly, I never really feel Panera is a good value proposition. I spent $30 bucks for the two of us and left hungry. I got half a small sandwich and a cup of soup. You know, they were out of a lot of stuff too. Thought it was odd you could get a side of mac and cheese but you couldn't order it as a meal. And that whole rapid ordering system was really confusing. ...the kids working there we're dumbfounded too when I got a text the food was ready but wasn't. Do this, do that, wait here, no we'll call you. What did you order? Awkwarrrd!!!I could have done a whole lot better at Publix.

We ordered two salads that we always order and usually it is really good.It was different tonight due to training new employees. I called and spoke with the manager and they made it right and were very helpful. We love Panera and they always have great customer service.

Ordered the Asian Sesame salad, not what it used to be. No vegetables, different dressing, old Lettuce. Very disappointed. Not returning when favorite entrees aren't as advertised.

Whole lunch hour waisted from an online order. Time management is horrible here.

Onion soup not bad. Bread was soft. I'm not a fan of this place. Younger people are I guess.

Too slow through drive through, and too expensive for what you get. I've never spent over $ 11.00 for lunch
