I have never had panda express before yesterday was my first time and it was not even worth the amount of money I spent literally was not good at all and I couldn't bring myself to force eat it so I didn't waste money. I literally threw away all the food I spent for a large family. For my sons birthday. Very disappointing. The workers were working hard and very appreciative but disliked the food very much.

I know you are short handed !!!Horrible customer service-young guys working tonight (02/25) were wonderfully nice, but older lady was rude as can be and unhelpful to everyone around her.Thanks Panda-the jerky lady ruined our dinner by being so nasty for no reason. Very rude. I asked for a refund on my drink that I didn't get because the ice machine was down. No sign or anything stating they had no ice. Tyler the manager was very rude and said he would not refund me. As he quickly walked away I couldn't get his name so I had asked Jaden who was my cashier the managers name and he gave it to me. As I was walking out Tyler yelled out from the back room "it's on my nametag". good food. rude staff.

Ordered food then 2 groups people walked by me and they forgot to make our food they forgot all about us while the manager is sitting there cutting up

I've never eaten at this place and it is in my hometown. I doordash for this place which is not a preferred location due to some of the employees not prioritizing DoorDash and taking other people's orders and fulfilling them while making them wait. I decide I wanted to try Panda Express today well.... The two entrees that I wanted in my plate they didn't have on a Saturday afternoon!!! Are you kidding me?! Out of mushrooms and out of teriyaki chicken. Good luck the rest of the weekend. Someone dropped the ball and ordering this week ?♂️ I should have heeded my friends advice ?♂️
Could be slowest service in Niceville. Inconsistent food seasoning, might want to move on if you don't have 30 minutes to waste.
Worst experience to date.. the food they served us at 2:00 in the afternoon was left over BS from lunch time more importantly the employee didn't understand how to put the order together I only got a plate
