workers were extremely rude i waited in the parking lot for my mobile order for 15+ minutes and when i can around the drive thru, was treated like garbage
Food was good. Was told play area would be open. Not so. They had set hours, not posted or marked. We were too early. Grandkids upset. Thanks for nothing.
After ordering a paying, we got to the pick up window, and they had no idea what we ordered, so we had to repeat entire order again. The order was still not correct, but it was ok.

I’m a local who knew that when you want to visit a McDonald’s you want one owned by the Costas. Well, I guess I was remembering a time when the person taking the orders was polite and friendly. Today I took my granddaughter to the location at 4570 Hwy 20, Niceville, FL 32588 where we go each week. Several times a week actually. But this particular day (today 2/23/2022) when I tried to place an order for a happy meal I was informed they don’t serve lunch until 1030. We’ll, that makes sense as for a lot of people it is still breakfast time. Except the elementary school’s lunch break is at 1030. I knew the drive to McDs from the school was only a few minutes so I look at my watch and said to the order taker that it is 1028. Thinking she would agree that by the time I drove around and paid and got the next 2nd window it would be lunch. Did she politely let me know she’s not allowed or the system won’t let you ring in lunch yet? No. Not at all. She rudely in a mean tone repeated what she said earlier. If she had explained nicely I would have drove around in a circle and got back in line and tried to order again. There was nobody behind me. Should I have sat there and watched the clock tick down to 1030 on the dot? It’s not that I meant to get over on the time, I really thought it was 1030 by the time we ordered. This same young girl had an attitude in the past when I asked for napkins for the drink she stuck out the window with sticky soda all over the outside. I don’t feel I’m wrong in wanting to clean it before placing in my clean cup holders. Same girl in the past walked away when I asked for ketchup. After 2 minutes a different girl asked what I needed as she opened the drive through window. Just waiting on some ketchup, I think. ? No response, nothing. Blank stares. Why is it I say thank you and please and get no response. I decided to leave and not return to this McDonalds again. It is a shame as we take 3 grandchildren here all separate days due to school and their ages. I’d much rather hear my pleasure from Chick-fil-A. So we will take the family here 3x a week now.
Best french fries ever, and the fish sandwichwas good also.
Food was alright but slow service (even longer to order) do to understaffing, hash browns were really greasy but staff was friendly.

I am addicted to the sausage biscuits and gravy, its the best ive ever eaten.
As far as McDonalds or fast food goes, this is one of the better managed ones you'll ever visit, and the employees always seem to be happy.
