Cold food and very dirty!! Nasty bathroom!
Can't full up a large fry. Waited in line as they told me they were making fresh fries. Was handed food and drove away. Pulled out my fries and it wasn't even half full! This happens every time I use the app for $1 large fry. If you don't like customers getting deals get rid of the app!!!
March 17th. 5:am. I asked for the 2 for $3 Chicken Mc Griddle. I was told they are now $4.24 for 2.I learned in Ft Walton the 2 for $3 is still offered. Don't waste your time and money. Go to ft Walton.
Went to this McDonald’s tonight 03/02/22 and they where hustling and busting there buts to get things done with only a few employees!!!!! Please recognize the people who worked tonight! They deserve it great service
They didn’t answer the second drive through speaker and answered for three or four other cars first. Then when we went to the pickup spot since drive through didn’t answer they didn’t come out for 30 mins so I had to call and they said they needed to find my order!
30 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for a DoorDash pick up since all the doors are locked to the lobby is totally unacceptable. Don't give me the short staffed BS if that's the case, this establishment should not be open at night!! Tonight is not the only night!
Went to McDonald's last night shortly before 9 pm and ordered a hot Fudge sundae. I was told they weren't doing shakes and sundaes the rest of the Night. Was not happy since that was the only reason I went out.
The shift manager Pam is extremely rude. I had multiple interactions with this lady and each time she got more and more hostile. When I told her I was here for my order she merely shrugged her shoulders and said it was not ready. Then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to be patient because she is short staffed with an attitude.
This McDonald's is unique friendly courteous just a great place all the way around ❤️??
Always, always, always cold fries!! All I ordered was a cheeseburger & fries. The cheeseburger was so old tasting, I couldn't even eat it. Should have saved my money! Total waste of my time, appetite & money. Never again! ?
