Drove right up and made my order; one cheese, one pepperoni, one 5-meat, one order of breadsticks. The lady told me about 15 minutes and she would bring the pizzas out to the car. She asked us to park off to the side. 15 minutes go by. 20 minutes. 25 minutes. 30, 35, 40 minutes. Finally get mad enough and go inside to find my pizzas sitting on the counter getting cold. Excuses provided? They were waiting on the cheese pizza. Asked about the pizzas they had sitting in the warmer. Got told that was saved for drive up customers. I was a drive up customer.
I called and ordered two simple pizzas and cheesy bread. They told me 15 minutes. I was there 17 minutes to pay. They told me it would be another 15-20 minutes. I pulled over to wait after the young man at the window said he would bring it out to me. I finally got tired of waiting and went inside after 30 minutes of waiting. They looked, and low and behold my order was ready. I asked how long it was sitting there and he said 20 minutes. POOR, POOR SERVICE. They didn't even offer a refund, just said sorry.
Nice people working there. They work hard and always do their best. The food is really good.
Slow. Quoted 31 to 36 minutes. Was not ready at scheduled time. Took 5 more minutes. 41 minutes for two pizzas? Ridiculous!!!
Great pizza for the price matter of fact it's better than some that are more expensive
So we called in & ordered 4 pizzas this past weekend, 2 Detroit style & 2 Double Pepperoni/Double cheese. When I went to pick them up, they had only made 3 - guy at counter (not sure if he was the manager or not) said no problem & put another pizza in the oven for us. Ok, so I had to wait a little longer, no major big deal & he didn't charge me anymore. (that was nice)However, when we started to eat them, we had one cheese pizza, one double pepperoni (not what I ordered) & the Detroit style pizzas, well, let's just say the Detroit style weren't completely done! Totally disgusting & definitely Not A True Detroit style pizza & yes, I've had several because I used to live there!In my opinion, we spent too much money & in no way, shape or form, had a decent meal. I wouldn't even eat here again if it was free!Thankfully, the cake we ordered (not from Little Ceasars) for our birthday girls was amazing, so it wasn't a total loss! This establishment will never receive any more of my hard earned $$!
I usually go get pizza here once a month it's good but this time it was very nasty.
For quick service pizza, it is preferable to other chains in the area.
Sorry, the young girl looked so sad. Never get a smile from anyone working there. I guess if you have to work on the weekend, you will always be sad.
