I think I love Jersey Mike's. It is really good. It puts the subway to shame. Thank you. It was my first time ever eating there. It may not have all the same ingredients but the food is way above the subway. The servers were very friendly. I recommend you go. You won't regret it . enjoy
My wife and I have eaten JM subs every weekend for two months. Always order online for in-store pickup. Until today, all has gone well. Todays order went to another store, and that stores order went to this one. Orders had the same first name but different last names. No big deal, right? Well apparently it was for this store. I was told to go to the other store to get my refund. This is after I made a second order at this store figuring I wouldn’t have to pay another $30 for the mistake. The employee walked away from me when I was persistent about the refund. Not sure which was the manager on duty, but no one was willing to assist with this. It wasn’t my fault the on-line order went to another store. It would have cost me $30 in time and gas to retrieve my refund. You got me for an extra $30 today. Enjoy it. It will be the last $ you get from me and my family. Firehouse is better anyways.
Everytime I come in they r slammed and 1 or 2 guys working the whole place.. Still AMAZING SUBS COME HERE ALL THE TIME! Thanks for the wonderful service always friendly when u know they jus want to work. Great staff and they work hard so if you have q wait. Take a seat and be pleasant and be a decent human being! You'll love ur dinner so chill!
I just want to recognize Jersey Mikes Subs for the amazing sub I just ate. Not only that but I also want to praise the workers behind the counter who have deal with the rude customers who are on their phones when they are in the middle of their order. I don’t know how u guys don’t say something and keep your cool like y’all do and still manage to keep the line movingly swiftly. You guys have great manager, seems he works along with y’all as a leader should. I don’t get a long lunch so it was nice to get in and get out. The best part though, the sub was on point! Always go here .always see same Manger there .well last week no manager all new guys order stake and cheese giant no onion and peppers extra meat 17 something dump loaded with onions and pepper call them no problem took my name he said they would replace .this week no manager guys claiming I didn't call .
Horrible food and they don’t answer the phone when you call
Went to 12:30 in the afternoon which is our lunch time, signs that open but the front door was locked we can see other diners in there. We run around to the side door where we saw some diners come out as we walked in we were told they had a large order and couldn't take any walk-in orders? Very least the sign should have said closed and that should have been put on the door and it doesn't take them long in today's technology to actually update that on the website saving people time driving over there.
All filler, no killer. Overpriced and very poor quality. Run.
