Not good experience! So, entering the store, one heavy set lady worker in grey tshirt stained w grease and food was sitting in front chair on her phone, when i glanced at the cake book it was so offensively dirty...I showed her it needed serious cleaning she said oh well, " I cant do anythg about that" & proceeded to be mad at me? Heres your order now you can go...Well, she became quite animated & rude to me saying as ugly as she could-" u have a nice day now"...i dont understand anyone being mean!

Stopped by to get a ice coffee bc Starbucks was to busy should have waited in Starbucks line lady at the window was rude from the start told me the price I asked y a small ice coffee was almost 4 dollars her reply was I don’t know instead of finding out y then when handing me my change she dropped some again didn’t say anything Dunkin’ needs to do better

I don’t go here that often, but even the few times a year that I have gone, it seems like there’s always an issue at the drive-thru, or they just need to improve their operations. I know for awhile they were pretty short staffed and were often out of things, but one of the things I hate when going through a drive thru is being told to pull forward for someone to bring out my order when I have a small order and there is no one behind me. It’s a practice used to cheat their drive thru times that inconveniences the customer, and businesses need to stop doing this. The coffee is alright, though.

Every other time I do a mobile order when I get there "the machine" is broken. Literally every other time. The one time I check at the drive thru to see if the machine is working to put in my mobile order (because I get bonus points if I do so) they tell me to DRIVE around, when everyone knows for a fact it's 2022 and everything is instantaneous. Both the girls working there lied to me saying the order hasn't came in yet, when in fact I've done this multiple times and yes the order is instant. NOT ONLY DID THEY LIE TO ME THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DENIED ME SERVICE. WELL GUESS WHAT SWEETIE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND YOU CAN'T PHYSICALLY MOVE MY CAR EVEN THOUGH YOU LOOK LIKE A NFL LINEBACKER!!

Wasn't told that a small senior coffee was 99 cents. I paid $2.49. Taco with egg and bacon was horrible.

I will never eat or oder anything from here. Rude workers and just stands around, they didn't know how to make my latte it was too sweet and yucky ehhhhh, and it wasn't hot omgggg...I don't recommend this Dunkin to anyone.

Ordered a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese bagel on the app at 1030 am on a Monday. Waited in a slow moving line behind 6 other cars. Was given a croissant egg and cheese, and my coffee had no sugar.

This Dunkin always makes the best coffee in town! The store is clean & well kept. Recently, went through the drive thru & forgot my Dunkin gift card & one of the workers gave me the drink at no charge, he was very sweet. Wish I would have gotten his name! We have been since & always love their coffee. YUM!!

they work hard and make sure everything is correct. food taste straight fire and the iced coffee is like nitrous

I drive for DoorDash when I first started picking up from here. They would get mad if I went through the drive-thru when nobody was in the drive-thru I would have to come inside. They would get even more mad if I went straight to the pickup line instead of waiting in line behind everybody else to tell them I have a DoorDash pick up. That is what they wanted me to do!! Now I show up at this Dunkin' donuts here in Niceville Walk to the door and management has decided to lock the door because it's too busy! So I've got to go through the drive-thru which I've been told not to do and now wait and get my order for my customer. I will never go back into the lobby of this store. I will always go through the drive-thru because I am not going to get out and check to see if the management wants to be too lazy and lock the doors today!Update whoever is working the drive-thru window today, December 21st needs more training!!!!!! She said it is their policy. They will not write names on bags for multiple orders. Also, she didn't give me half of my order causing me to have to turn around 15 minutes out and then wanted to be a real caring about it when I turned around So I won't be back until that one gets a little more training! She's probably the one that locks the doors when they're too busy ????‍♂️
