Made reservations, they sat us and 15 min later were told she’d be right with us. We ordered drinks and an app, never got the app. Waitress insisted she would remember our order for a party of 6 without writing it down, came back and asked us again a couple times for specifics. One order was missed and we waited a while longer for the wrong dish to arrive. When it was time for checks she confirmed the split into 2 and brought random items printed on checks including full charge for the forgotten then incorrect dish. This was my breaking point that inspired this review. Food was ~decent.

It was a no for us. We lived in Italy for the last 4 years and was excited to try the comparison and it was highly disappointing. The margherita pizza had artichoke which was weird but we could get past that but the pizza itself was very underwhelming. The Ceasar salad has very few tiny burnt croutons and very little cheese. Would have loved to have seem some sliced Asiago instead of searching and searching to find a few shredded pieces of cheese. The French fries also had a very weird strange taste. There's an ingredient in there that just doesn't go. 60 bucks later, we would not recommend or eat there again. Florida has wayyyy to much competition of absolutely fantastic places to eat for this place to be claiming authentic Italian.

Really good food at at very reasonable price. The pasta was freshly made. The salad was also well made. Service was exceptional. Try the place you will like it!

Charming local Italian food at a great price. Cute restaurant and delicious food. I had the chicken marsala and it was good. A little soupy but great flavor!

Food was SO good! I had the pesto chicken with gnocchi...OMG...such great flavor! Hubby had the gorgonzola tortellini...I tasted it, it was delicious! All 4 of us shared the bread and seasoned olive oil. Best Italian bread roll I've had since I was 6 and living in Italy!

got the chicken marsala, was the worst pasta and chicken. the marsala sauce was canned mushrooms that literally tasted like canned mushroom juice and water. the chicken looked like it was frozen previously. for a $15 plate it was a huge disappointment, had a really good experience here before this one. wouldn't recommend this dish

Place was a 3 star til I ate there last week and they served us hard uncooked noodles the chef tried to microwave to serve with our spaghetti. Sent back twice to cook the noodles. Must have been a new chef.

Terrible service for the third and last time. Server did not bring the bread, then forgot the plates. Salad served without extra plate we requested. Once the meal was served never returned for refills etc and before we were even close to finishing the meal she dropped the check and left .She came back for the check and we said what about piece of cake and takeout box. The longer it went the worst it got. Needless to say NO TIP. Approach the manager, he said he would take care of it. It would have been nice to hear what can we do to make it better. oh well plenty of other places to eat.

Sadly I've had to drop a star for ciao Bella not because the food isn't great but they must be very short-handed because I call frequently to order pizza and then finally give up. How crazy is it to have an answering machine that says if you're calling to order pizza call back and you get the same answering machine and it tells you to call back that's kind of nuts guys you got to get somebody to answer the phone or you just going to keep losing business

This is quickly becoming a stop on the way home after a meeting place for us. Great service and wonderful pizza!
