I don’t normally do negative reviews, but today deserved one. I only ordered an ice cream cone. The person who took my order was very pleasant. I was in the middle lane of the drive thru. The lane moved very slowly. When I finally got my ice cream cone, she brought it to me without a napkin around it and no napkin at all. Very UNSANITARY!! And I couldn’t leave after I received my order because the car in front of me had not received their order. I am so disappointed!!! ?. I have never received such poor service before.

Been sitting in the drive thru in the mobile pickup spot for going on 20 mins now and ive still yet to receive my food. Ive watched three other cars get there food and this place aint even busy. I love me some chick fil a but dang i couldve gone through the drive thru at this point and gotten out 10 mins ago. Then you proceede to tell me 20 mins later that you have to check in on the other side of the building rudey might i add. I WILL NOT BE BACK

I was visiting my family who are almost everyday the kids doesn't eat home cooking but Chick-Fil-A. I believed they are the highest spent on this place.One night my niece is feeling sick it wat 9:03 pm. She requested Chik-fil-A but it looks closed. I noticed some people inside cleaning up even the manager is still there. I beep the horn (Lexus-decent customers) to get their attention. I beep it for the last 5 minutes but they never open the window. One looked at us but turned around.I was disappointed. They seemed to be so nice, great customer service when what they need it in their favor. I have my 7 years old niece who is begging as she is about to throw up not having food in her tummy.Our Chilk-Fil-A here in our State takes care wholeheartedly for people I guess am just in a different franchise with a different goal.

Foods great, just wish when we order delivery they would follow instructions and ring the door bell so the food doesn’t sit out there for 5 to 10 minutes. Yes they text the picture but we’re not on our devices all the time, we just had a baby. That obviously takes priority.

My frieswas all in bits half of container sandwiches warm I only went to this one because I was at work on the military base I have never had anything like this weren't at the one in fort Walton Beach 3 times a week and is the best.ill never go back to this one no please at all waste of money and my time.

I tried to pay via app but the app would not load for my credit card and I can't find my wallet in the nice gentleman taking my order said he'd take care of it I wasn't quite sure what that meant but he said just pull around they gave it to me and I figured out how to get the app working with my credit card payment and he said don't worry about it we got you and I started crying as I left the drive-thru because I had a rough morning and I felt really takin care of. Good people good food thank you.<3

The store has been going through some remodeling... and the staff is still super friendly and attentive! I usually go by at least once a week, even if it's just for the ice (yeah, they got that GOOD ice). My go to... 30 pieces... lasts me 2 days ?

Disappointing.... while I agree with others that Chick-Fil-A is "always" a high quality establishment with great food that tastes great, last night's visit was a disappointment. First the order taker dropped his handheld order taking computer against the side of my vehicle. It was dark and I didn't want to complain, so I let it go (still haven't checked to see if there is any damage or not). Then after I got my food and drove away, I realized that I hadn't received the french fries that I ordered. Just far enough away when discovered to not make it worthwhile to go back to get the missing item. Later when I attempted to eat my chicken soup, I found that I had only been provided a fork, no spoon. One thing I really hate with fast food is driving away and finding out the order isn't correct. This time, it was Chick-Fil-A that let me down, and there were two parts that weren't correct, not just one (no fries, no spoon). :-(

Horrible drive-thru redesign. Could you make it any more narrow? We don't all drive Prius. Stupid design. I can't even imagine how an F-250 gets through it

This place is very money hungry, putting the lives of all its employees and customers in jeopardy with concrete dust flying around the parking lot all day! That stuff is not good to be breathing in, sorry to be the one to tell everyone but you've got to have your Chick-fil-A fix though right?
