Their food was hot and delicious! There are many fastfood places that don't provide that, but this branch really stepped up. The management was absolutely impeccable, treating the employees and guests with a genuine friendly smile, and making sure we got our difficult order correct and timely.Keep up the great work Niceville Burger King!
Well I seldom have ever complained BUT I will Never go to that burger King again. The staff was rude, never smiled and actually acted irritated that customers were there. Then when we did get our take out ordera few things gs were missing in the bag. Went back and literly had to go inside and wait inside for a rather long time before getting the rest of out order. They just plopped the food down with no im sorry or nothing. Not even a friendly smile. Not one word. Smh.
Of all fast food locations in Niceville, this Burger King is the worst. The service is consistently bad, slow, and ungrateful. The employees are unmotivated, and some of them look like they’ve slept in their uniforms for a year and haven’t washed it once. I’ve witnessed the decline in service and number of clients over the last 9 years at this location. As few customers as this location gets, it’s surprising they can even stay open. Even when there is no one else in line , you can normally expect anywhere from an 8 minute to 20 wait for your food. My last order was 2 value menu cheeseburgers and a value Dr Pepper. I was the only one in the drive-through line, and it took 17 minutes to get my food. No “thank you” or explanation was given when they brought me my food in the parking lot. Over the past few weeks, it has been consistently this bad. So, I finally decided to write a review. If you want a good burger with great service, visit Tops in Niceville or any Acosta Family McDonalds. The service at those locations are far better. For Service, you can’t beat Chick-fil-A though. They are top notch, but they just don’t serve burgers. If you just want a great burger and don’t mind a little bit of a wait, visit Whataburger in Niceville, or visit Tops. Both of those locations are hands-down the best for the quality of their food.
Horrible customer servicehalf the employees are tweakers and the other half is entitled teenagers that don't want to work. Food is either cold or the order is wrong. The young girl working behind the counter walked passed me 3 times before she acknowledged me and said I'll be with you in a minute , I'm the only customer inside
The staff at this Burger King is beyond professional! The newer management team has really turned this place around. My food is always ready quickly and is always right the first time-even though my order is somewhat difficult due to allergies to certain things. Thanks so much for making the place what it’s supposed to be! You guys are doing a wonderful job!
Was our first time for breakfast, Tamika was fantastic even though she was the only one there! Doing work of 3 but still smiled and friendly. Food was fresh and restaurant was clean.
Tamika is very professional, courteous and fast. She accommodates her guests and leave you feeling your part of her family. She's so kind and funny. Tamika is awesome
Never get the right burger pattie with the burger asked, and it's not cause they are bigger. I understand food costs but repeat customers is the goal
Speedy, got order perfect, sweet staff! In a world where everyone is understaffed, they are killing it everytime I come through! Food is fresh and customer service is amazing! Keep it up!
Really wanted to give this place a few more tries but for the past few years this location has been on a decline. The management does not keep up with the cleaning or sanitizing & the workers seem to come and go. Last time I went here I got food poisoning & haven't been since. Had another incident from before where the woman in the front was by herself tackling all of the orders & had no help because the other worker was in the bathroom. The woman from the bathroom came back, and the woman tackling the orders said I've been needing to go to the restroom then the other woman said,"Well, I get to go whenever I want or else I would pee on the floor and have this place shut down." Absolutely unacceptable. Poor woman didn't seem to get a break. This Burger King needs NEW mangers, MORE workers, and a REMODEL/UPDATE!!
