Just awful fast food service!! Been 5x the past 2 months. Wait for drive thru is about 15minutes every time. Cold fries, burnt bacon, the employees are all high school kids(not there fault) who dont care, and i have yet to see a manager working with the crew to speed things up. Id rather go sit down and eat if the drive thru takes 15minutes and the food is garbage. Cant wait for the SR44 location opens so this one can perish
What the hell is wrong with this location. Waiting in line inside the store for 20 minutes to order. Only 2 people Infront of me. Gave up after waiting that long. Fully staffed location and it shouldn't take over 20 minutes for 2 two Infront of me to place to orders. Went to Mc Donalds instead ordered and was served food under 5 minutes.
Twice I have been here from out of town,no manors,talk to customers like they shouldn't be there,store was clean both times but staff needs training,and empathy ,the cashier was the worst by far and it's only553pm in the afternoon,thanks and I hope u can help them.came back after driving ten miles,checked my food,wrong,went back to get halp management was the worst I've ever seen,I survived my country to protect freedom,these people huddle up and don't work,and then used profanity about my demener ,I swear I'll never come back here,they shld all require more training,stay away from this place

If you absolutely want the exact opposite of what you ordered this is the place to go. Can't get an order right to save their lives ,even after repeating your order back to you. And they get paid to screw up. When I worked fast food you had to make sure the customer was happy with their order. I wouldn't pay $10-$15 dollars an hour for this kind of service to ruin my reputation. I hope the one being built on State Rd 44 isn't owned by the same owners.
Love this place they got there breakfast that's out of this world love there seasoned breakfast fry's drive thru takes a long time toget the food other than that it's great food!!!!
Haven't had any bad food from this location. The store is always clean and the staff is great. Expect a short wait as with every restaurant right now, they need more employees.
Although wendys has gone down in taste considerably over the past few years. This wendys is so much lower then par. The night manager is so sorry that I am shocked they get anything done in there. and the night crew just acts like they have no clue. If you must eat at wendys drive to another town this one sucks. And mcdonalds is right next door. Oh it took almost an hour to get 2 burgers and 3 orders of nuggets from this place. And they all blame each other and the manager just keeps saying well were busy if you dont like it dont come back. Good management skills. Where'd yall find that one . Good to know you train them well so they can tell your customers that its my way or the highway. I will never choose this wendys again as long as I live here.
Consistently* having slow service and cold food. Todays experience was a manager pointing and yelling at a female with 3 children inside of the restaurant wile the drive through and inside line was backed up. Horribly run fast food place, very slow, when asked for nothing on the chicken sandwich they put everything on it filled frosty half full was very rude and forgot multiple items
