Staff was nice and took our orders quickly. Was out of bananas and hot fudge so took a star off for that. Ice cream was delicious!
Honestly this place is a no gooo……The man serving at the window was extremely rude to this old lady right before us. Our experience with him was fine.While we were waiting and no one was coming to the window, the crew in the back of house could be seen staring at us. To add to that as soon as I was handed my cone it immediately melted. Pretty much had to scarf the thing down before it melted all over me. Overall bad customer service and bad ice cream….
Every time we’re here they’re out of something…once it was Reese’s PB cup topping, last night it was hot fudge! I know it’s not their fault, sometimes you just run out. Ice scream was still good and quick!
No refund policy!! Beware!! Our kiddo did not like the mint ice cream—which he usually loves. So, we asked for a replacement of lesser value—but they said ‘No!’ Shameful!! I could not believe it. After all, It is common that restaurants will always try to appease the customer especially when the product does not taste right. Not here!! The assistant manager said ‘sorry’ but we won’t ever go back there. I hate it that I gave them nearly $25 for our group’s purchase. UPDATE: I see the manager replied to my post and I have NOT been contacted by Twistee Treat as promised. Boo Twistee Treat!! Nice ploy to make yourselves look good on this post.
May options for ice cream. Everyone in my party got something different and all left happy. Staff was very friendly. Ice cream was delicious with large portions. Most of us couldn't finish it all. Prices were reasonable. Busy little place...be patient.
I have been here several times and order the same every time. I ordered a Small Hot Fudge sundae, once I received my sundae there was one small squirt of hot fudge on the top. I approached the window and asked if that was the normal amount for a sundae because I usually have more when I order. . The guy states “corporate will only allow us to put one small pump of hot fudge on a sundae”. Seriously! He was also rude and told me “sorry but it’s company policy”. It’s ICE CREAM! I will never come back here and will make sure I use “ word of mouth “ about this establishment. Insanity
Strawberry, pineapple sundae was delicious. Amount was good as was the price. Visited a couple times on our vacation.
Terrible service and very rude shift lead
Our go to spot when visiting New Smyrna and we need a sweet treat. I think we stopped by three or four times the week we visit. This year and last! The drive through is super convenient! Great selection of wonderful desserts.
I traveled here with my family to make a memory at a friendly looking ice cream parlor. Service was ok, we ate our cream and it was good, they were out many things… with a grocery store less than a minute away. We ate our ice cream and we see the girl come out and go to her guy friends car, after he cruised through the parking lot going over double the speed limit. The worker had curly blonde frizzy hair. She made out with the guy for 15 minutes in front of customers it was very unpleasant and unprofessional to look at. I am very displeased by this.
