Three stars due to soft serve and the staff can be a bit iffy. However, it's really close to the beach and they have many flavors you can add to the soft serve.
Here with my family. Ordered lunch gor 6 people. Waited outside. They practically threw our food at us when it came out. Ordered the taco salad. Tortilla chips were stale. Knocked on door and informed them they were stale. Calm. I asked for another meal. The woman inside rudekt rolled her eyes and told me I could get back in line and order something else. I refused and asked for another meal. Another woman stepped in and offered me a refund. We were also going to get ice cream from here. No way. Rude staff, awful food
I’ll start off by saying my family and I come here often and we really enjoy it. Service is usually good as well as the food but today our experience was disappointing. We ordered food, sat down and waited for it and when the female employee brought it out she just dropped it down on the table, kind of angrily and started to walk away. We kindly asked if we could have dip to go with our food, she rolled her eyes and came back and basically threw it at us across the table for no reason at all. Then my son went to bite into his corn dog that he ordered and the hot dog meat was hard as a rock. It was not even edible at all and couldn’t eat it. So we lost out on money and my son was hungry so we had to leave and go elsewhere to get him food. We didn’t bother to complain to the employee after the attitude she had because we didn’t feel like being treated badly again. Maybe she was having a bad day, like we all sometimes do, that can be understandable and I don’t know what the situation was, however that is no way to treat your customers for no reason, regardless. The girl at the window that took our order was nice though. I really hate to have to leave a negative review because I don’t like to complain and like I said we normally enjoy the food and service, but I hope if we ever decide to come back in the future, that service will be better.
I wish I could give it zero starts but there was no option. It was 930 pm and they close at 10. I wanted soft serve, but they couldn’t do it. I asked for a milkshake and the response was “not gonna lie we are cleaning the milkshake machine”. Absolutely ridiculous. If you close at 10, then close at 10, not 930.
Great customer service, Line may look long. but the move you very quickly. Very accurate with the orders.
Ice cream was good but half empty when I got it and the girls at the window got upset when I didn’t tip on card and audibly complained about it until I tipped in cash. Rude service but good ice cream.
There are so many bars on Flagler so it was nice to come across this little gem for the kids. A variety of ice cream, food and sundaes to choose from with some available seating to take a quick break.
Got there at 915 pm on Friday night. They said they only had vanilla or chocolate soft serve available because they have to shut down everything and clean 45 minutes before closing. Than I paid for a large and receive enough to fill a kiddy code. I asked said that I ordered a large. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. I would get new help. We will not be going back.
The absolute best soft serve ice cream! Do yourself a favor and try the peanut butter soft serve. It is amazing!
This is a go to if you want an ice cream while at the beach. Walk up is easier than parking as their lot is limited in size. Outdoor seating is available.
