We stopped by for lunch today and bartender Cheryl greeted us with a happy smile. We found them on google and yelp and had to try the redfish sandwich blacked and my goodness it was delicious. The sweet potatoes fries were great. We started with beet salad which was huge and delicious. Cheryl was very pleasant and suggested the happy hour so after a couple hours walking canal street we came back for the buffalo shrimp and some drinks including a nice whiskey manhanttan made by Lea. She was very sweet and attentive. Will recommend to all our Orlando friends when when they come to NSB. Excellent quality with great prices and service.

The turkey apple gouda sandwich...the apple was brown and the gouda was NOT gouda. The cheese burger was suppose to have provolone cheese, it had cheddar. They were out of the shaved ribeye. There were maybe 5 tables occupied and 3 to 4 people at the bar and it was hot inside, I don't think the a/c was working. Definitely not rushing back to eat at this establishment any time soon.

We had high hopes as this restaurant came recommended. We went with party of 6 the service was slow but that’s to be expected after Covid and us being a larger party-they seem to not have enough staff in general. unfortunately nobody care for the food. The floors were sticky like they had not been cleaned in a long while. The fried green tomatoes were disgusting hard as a rock and freezer burnt. The tomatoes inside seem like they were fried when they were not even ripe yet-totally inedible. The swordfish was over seasoned and very dry. We tried the Caesar salad it was a kale one which we normally love but it was more like a dried up old green brown garnish served on a dinner plate and they did not toss is where we never had a Caesar not tossed except for at maybe fast food. My Sister in law had a chicken dish it was supposed to be stuffed she said it was very dry and tough and they put some thing on top of it but nothing was stuffed again it was not edible. We really wanted to like it maybe it was just an off night The mixed drinks were good and the people that work there were nice enough So we gave 2 stars for that but we don’t think we will be back because it was one thing after another. It was extremely hot as well we were all sweating either the air was broken or they didn’t turn it on enough for all the people that were dining.

Lovely and Clean & Nice variety beer and wine selection. Lyndsey bartender GREAT! She suggested some wonderful ideas for a late lunch and all were just delicious. Be sure to try the Pimento Cheese sliders and also a side of roasted red bliss potatoes with the bourbon mushroom sauce MMmmMmMM. Great location on cute and trendy Canal Street. Parking in the back made it extra convenient. Looking forward to the Lobster bisque.

Went here for a late dinner Friday night and was pleasantly suprised. Everything from being greeted at the door to leaving was excellent. Service was on point, food was on point. Portions are big and taste is even bigger. I would definitely come again and bring the rest of the family too.

Awesome service by Liz. BLT dip with crostini, Shaved Ribeye sandwich and blackened redfish over smoky grits and asparagus. Delish!

Food was good but beware when ordering drinks. Wife had a vodka and lemonade and I had a rum and coke. Both were well drinks but mine cost three dollars more. When we questioned this waitress said she noticed it and thought it odd also but that whoever new the reason wasn't there...sorry. Ask before ordering.

I went here last night with a group a friends. I found this place on Google. We were absolutely gobsmacked with the food! Everything was cooked and seasoned very well. Among my table, we had the following small plates and entrées: fried green tomatoes, lobster bisque, bread platter, chicken and waffles, chicken tenders, honey fried chicken, and the lobster cake. We had no complaints. Everything looked great and tasted amazing. Most of us had the Strawberry Fresca which was really good. We received excellent service from Cassi! All of her recommendations were spot on. I’m definitely coming back.

Have eaten here 3 times in 2 months! Food, presentation and staff were terrific! Everything was outstanding and we can’t wait to return to NSB to eat here again!

we really were looking forward to our reservation at this restaurant, been in for cocktails before, but left the area before we had an opportunity to eat here. going to keep it simple.......asked our server to slowly pace out our dinner, we were in no rush and she said perfect, i love that kind of dining style. had a couple of rounds of cocktails, then ordered a bottle of wine i hadn't seen in years, then we ordered appetizers, 5 min later, we were told that they were out of calamari, we opted for the fried green tomatoes to go along with our fried pimiento cheese. they were good, then came the pile up, salads & entrees all were bought out together to over fill our small high top table......i ask why is everything brought out all together? the only answer was, "do you want us to take back the entrees" i declined, then our server showed up to see how things were, my salad was SO overloaded with cranberries & other stuff, there was hardly any lettuce, and the pork chop was SOOO overcooked it was dry and hard, i had asked for it to be cooked med rare to medium, not well done. they took it back, i chose to NOT have it recooked or order something else.....it then became abundantly clear that as the restaurant was emptying out, the kitchen wanted to hurry up and close down, thus just send everything out at once.....i did give my opinion to the "manager" who could have cared less based on her body language. they ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion night..... **on a side note, the ONLY person who deserved kudos for the night was the hostess. very quiet, but we both commented on how she was moving tables around to accommodate large table that were coming in, she was clearing tables and wiping down the menus. SHE was truly the hero of the night.... VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RETURN......REGRETTABLY
