I asked for the same drink I get all the time but there was a different person in the drive thru and she was not as pleasant as all the others. I asked for a coffee fappocino with light cream and she didn't know how to do that. She was asking me if she should put more expresso. I told her I don't know how the drink is made but just put less cream. She said she makes it standard so I drove off. When I called the manager she stuck up for the employee instead of offering to make the drink like all the other employees do when I go there. Less cream is not rocket science.
seriously the best starbucks! its always so clean and everyone is so nice. Jay is especially kind and makes the experience so wonderful every morning.
Fell short last night. Got a late nite hankerin' for that sweet sweet Venti Java Chip add espresso shot....what I got was no add shot and basically chocolate chip chocolate milk...drag foshoaWEsoMe saUCe! Vento Java Chip add espresso shot ✌️?✌️ that's me all day long ? sending y'all love and light
i had the Best starbucks experience of my life at this store all of the staff is super friendly except the person in front of me at the drive-through kept changing her Frappuccino order something about “less cream” complaining about the employees and just demanding the same nonsense over and over again? either learn how to order or make it at home!
One of the nicest, cleanliest and friendliest SBUX I know of! When we're in town we go there every morning (weather permitting) to grab some cold brew and start the day with a couple miles of walking. We look forward to seeing them again.
I don't know what I just got from the drive thru but it definitely isn't what I ordered. Ordered hot chocolate with peppermint and got so over sweet white liquid with peppermint. This is not the first time the order has been wrong in this drive thru and compared to other starbucks I go to they charge way more. Beware.
Amazing service! I was from out of town, but the staff made me feel like I was at home! They made the perfect Iced Americano just the way I like it!
Nice to have one in town but sorry to say what we all know is it's just over priced coffee that takes them forever to make.
I don't know what's in my cup, but it definitely isn't a mocha frapp. This is the second time this has happened. What ever brown concoction is in here, burned my tongue. Tastes like blended cocoa powered. I took a sip, my son tried as well. The whipped cream won't even mix into whatever that is!
I went thru the drive thru and received 5 star service from Lucas. He was really friendly and made sure my order was correct. When I pulled up to the window, he was just as friendly and it really made my day. I will be back soon due to the outstanding service I received.
