Valet parking, greeter to get you seated were just a hint this is the place to be. Fabulous destination to relax with a scenic view from outdoor deck or indoors, yeah man, Reggae music was playing! Ask for Jill, knows her dishes, excellent guide to newcomers like myself, told me shopping options and directions were correct. Drink was EXCELLENT and Sangria has to be top notch for me! I had the perfectly flaky grilled Grouper served with an intriguing sauce, vegetables and a delicious brown rice cooked with grated coconut!! It got better, the HOMEMADE KEY LIME PIE, oh yeah!!
Beautiful views and breezes at this tiki bar and restaurant. Tiki bar to the left and family-friendly (and it seemed dog-friendly) restaurant to the right. Standard Florida menu with some delicious fresh seafood options. Fries were cold, unfortunately. Hostess sat us in the sun on the edge of the canopy and seemed a bit miffed when we asked to sit more in the shade. Waitress was friendly, however. We will be back, but will choose the tiki bar side next time for a more chill atmosphere.
AMAZING! We found this restaurant on Bring Fido and when they say dog friendly, they mean it. Nearly the entire seating area is outside and dogs are welcome to sit anywhere, just not ON the tables. The staff was great. They brought water to our dog before they even asked for our drink order (haha). They remembered everything and had terrific personalities. The food, was WOW! They have a deep-fried Monte Cristo that I will be going back for and my husband's burger had like every possible type of meat on it. Oh and the fries! How could I forget the fries with their perfect flavor and crisp. It you are anywhere near this place be sure to stop by and try them out for yourself. And if you travel with your dog and want really good service for you and your dog this is a must. All around AMAZING!
Iconic old Florida right here in New Smyrna! The River Deck checks all the FL dining boxes. Outdoor seating, waterfront views, lots of boat traffic, good food, professional service, and most importantly cold local draft beer. Beach Hippie for the win! If you enjoy The Ocean Deck in Daytona you’ll really enjoy this joint. The wings are practically identical and the fish sandwich just as excellent! There looks to be a lot more seating out than in with the majority under cover so out of the sun and protected from any passing storm but still enjoy the views and atmosphere. There are two pubs to chose from and both offer water front views. Much like the Daytona franchise, the service is professional and friendly!

Great place to enjoy with your friends or family they have a tiki bar and an outside area where the kids can hang out, beach chairs and awesome views of the River. Great service and great food. I recommend getting there early if you plan on going for dinner because there is always a wait. They offer complimentary valet parking which is a plus.
LOVE this place since it's been redone. The beach are is awesome. Love the view of the intercoastal. Great atmosphere.
River Deck is a beautiful spot right on the intracoastal waterway. The covered deck provides nice shade on a warm day. The Cajun mahi tacos were a little spicy for me, but tasty.
