How long before the health department steps in here on the beef jerky they are trying to sell? Maybe the timers aren’t working for how long the food can be kept. But the vultures enjoy it
Worst experience ever. Slow service, no silverware and no french fries! How can people eat with no silverware? And you don’t have the 1 side that you can eat without silverware. We left to eat somewhere else because the cashier took forever to take our order. Management needs to handle things better because if not you might as well close the place down. Terrible terrible experience!!!
Very rude employees. I walked in and was standing at the counter. I was the only customer. All the employees ignored me for about 3 min.When a employee finally acknowledged me I said 'Hi How are you today" I got no response from her. she just stared at me like I was bothering her & did not respond to me. Basically looked at me as why are you so nice ? Food sucked, it was old, cold, and not was up to par. The service sucked. I'm a white male, she was a large black female. I felt like she was a racist person who did not like white people. I will not patronised this 'Popeyes" again..

I was there yesterday, March 30th 2022. Look forward to my chicken sandwich, what I got was a mess. The meat or should I say what meat? It was greasy, all batter, and looked like a chicken nugget, I kid you not the pickle was bigger than the product they used as a mess between the bread. My order # 12605 I also ordered the special sauce on the side which I was charged .50 cent for which a person needs to do, because these workers smear it on without thinking about the customers. Disappointed to say the least.
Enjoyed our lunch in the dining room! Staff was friendly and courteous. Chicken was hot and crispy, and I got my favorite red beans and rice. All good!
$23 for two mashed potatoes, a large sweet tea and a coke slaw? I asked for a receipt because it didn’t sound right to me… my response? “have a NICE DAY”, by an apparently irritated worker. Bunch of scammers.
Stopped here at 4pm thinking it would be fast. Chose the drive-thru since there was only one car in front of us but they had a huge order so we sat in line forever. Once at the window to pay, we tried to use a coupon which didn’t work. She first scolded us for not letting her know we had a coupon up front so they could ring it up correctly the first time. Then she told us several people had tried to use the same coupon but it didn’t work for them either. She, however, did not try to make it right so we paid full price when if we had known the coupon wouldn’t work, would have ordered differently. Fries were limp and lukewarm. Will not be going back.
The food was just as expected. The shrimp was great. My issue was that the dining area was FREEZING. We all had to wear sweaters and coats to be able to sit and eat. We could actually see our breath when we spoke. Super disappointing. I wish they had covered outdoor seating as despite the rain it was warmer outside at 66 degrees than inside.
This place is entirely hit or miss. Yesterday I ordered a chicken nugget meal with Mac and cheese, red beans and rice,soda and a apple pie. Well.. when I got to the window they told me I would have to wait for an apple pie.. so u ended up with cookies. Then as i drove away.. I noticed no one gave me my drink.. I received no Mac and cheese but did get mashed potatoes and gravy for a substitute that no one told me about and I didn't ask for.. instead of nuggets I got chicken tenders too..Completely disappointed in the service st this particular restaurant.
