I ordered online and 30 minutes after ordering I received a text from pizza hut saying my order was done and"Hi, your order from Pizza Hut is being delivered by DoorDash, a partner delivery service, at 12:43 PM. Contact the store with questions, and track the status here" and provided a link. It was strange but in these times I guessed maybe they were short handed in the store and needed to call out this third party. So I waited, and after the text delivery time about 38 minutes after getting the text and still no delivery so 15 minutes after my husband drove up to the store and picked up our order. Our pizza was very cold, soggy, and I was very disappointed. I suggest if you're ordering please go to pick it up and don't use delivery as it can be extremely disappointing and may arrive an hour or more later, after being made.
We’re here staying at our timeshare in New Smyrna beach ? and we’re looking for a pizza place and always have loved there personal pan pizza!It was definitely delicious and we ordered late on Easter night and Tyler took our order and whoever made our pizza is amazing and made my husband and I very happy!We ordered a medium Supreme and a medium Cheese pan and I wanted to give a shout out to them thanking all of them for our pizzas!!Will definitely be back before we leave!!!
Last night with my wife we decided to stop for Pizza Hut in New Smyrna.... a completely empty place, instead of staying to eat we decided to order a pizza and cheese sticks.The clerk told us to wait 15 minutes.About 20 minutes later she told us the pizza was ready, we trusted, we grabbed the boxes and went out.When we arrived at the house and opened the boxes, the pizza almost burned and the same the cheese sticks ..... a deshonest employee that could have shown us the pizza she saw was overcooked and to have asked if we still want it like that.First and last time we step inside that Pizza Hut... please OPEN THE BOX AND CHECK THE PRODUCT, DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE WORKING THERE
The past few times we have ordered PAN pizza, the crust is soggy, like it has not been cooked long enough. PAN pizzas should always have that consistent, crispy bottom to its crust.
The gentleman working that day was so pleasant and very.kind and helpful. He was great.He fixed pizzas exactly how I ordered it. When I went to pick it up one pizza did not get on the order when I did it on line. He fixed it promptly and brought it out to me cause I had 8 grandkids in car waiting to. So I really appreciate all the great customer service he provided. Thanks!!!!!!
Very disappointed in this stuffed crust. A large pizza with toppings the circumference of a small. Won't want to order from here again
Ordered from here many times being a local born smyrnan. Being about average in every aspect of customer service and food quality with an occasional "incident" there was one driver tonight that was well above what is expected from here.... she was polite, courteous, quick and above all calm even after I told here she forgot something that I had already set inside??..... oops... don't know her name but need more people like her in the restaurant
pick up order, went in to a filthy building, dirty tables everything had pizza boxes on it, scattered around. obviously noone eats in but they could clean, no employees anywhere was there 10 mins before a driver showed up, then the manager who I guess was cooking finally brought out my food, which was already cold by then
The biggest thing is that your drivers do not smoke in their cars while making the delivery and therefore the food still tastes awesome. Other nearby pizza restaurants have delivery personnel who do not care about the customers and when they delivery the pizzas, it smells like the delivery just came from a bar. It makes the customer already turned off from eating what they had bought. Thank you Pizza Hut for having non smoking delivery personnel. PLEASE KEEP IT UP!
