Who. Closes there business on Friday night on 4th July weekend. At 11 pm thats your money nights must be makeing to much over charging
Not quite sure how this place ever got a single 5 star after the lack of service I received today. First time I called they hung up on me. Second time they don't deliver right down the street. I go to pick up food, order was wrong. I call back to get it situated, and get hung up on again. Food I did get was just ok at best.
Love this pizza place. When I come to NSB, I make sure to alway grab a tasty pizza and garlic bread!
I never dreamed I would give a pizza joint 5 stars but it was that good. Crispy thin crust loaded with toppings. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. It is takeout only in a strip shopping center. Sort of a "hole in the wall" mom & pop sort of place. Don't let the outside stop you from ordering & eating the best pizza.
The web said eat in or pick up.. Well it is only pick up or delivery. So we ordered from Pop as Mom was busy making pizzas! We went for a drive and came back to pick up our delicious pizza. Yummm We went back again too!
We recently ordered a large pizza at Mikey's. To begin with, Mikey's large is 14". Now, many pizzerias have an 18" large. So, this is confusing. We ordered for pickup and we were at the beach, so when we got there and realized how small it was, there was really nothing that we could do about it except take the pizza back home.The problem is, if you are expecting a large pizza and you get a small pizza, then you'll need more food. I made a salad and everyone was relatively well pleased. When I was at Mikey's, I asked what their extra large is. It turns out that Mikey's extra large is a 16" pizza. That effectively means that Mikey's extra large is not insignificantly smaller than many other pizzeria's large.I realize that pizza parlors do this so that, at first blush, it appears they have a better price. "Hey, a large pizza at Mikey's is only $X.xxx. The problem is that even though they refer to it as "large", I fear that at best it's medium. At some pizzerias, it might count as a small.Onto the pizza itself. The pizza is not thin crust, New York style. Which is cool. It's more middle American thick crust, hearty style pizza. I don't want to mislead; it's not Chicago deep dish, just a heartier, thicker crust than typical New York style. My kid liked it fine. My significant other and myself were not as crazy about it.All this being said, they were friendly at the pizzeria. The service was relatively quick, and the price was not overly expensive for a small to medium pizza. I would have given them 4 stars if they had called it a medium pie.
Wow The white pizza is amazing . Been driving by here for a while . Finally stopped in on a Saturday night Great service and delicious pizza . We will be back .Thank You for the excellent pizza and we enjoyed the races while we waited
I don't know why we haven't eaten here before, we've driven by it all these years that we've visited NSB.....i guess it was probably because it is carry out only. WELL, we were leaving extra early in the morning, didn't feel like dressing up for a sit down restaurant and we decided to order some pizza....BOY ARE WE GLAD WE ORDERED FROM HERE!! i am a firm believer that if a pizzaria can not make a good plain cheese pizza, then they can't make good pizza.....we ordered 1 extra large SUPER & 1 extra large CHEESE. both were fabulous.......great airy crust, tons of toppings, just delicious!! definitely coming back here when we visit again!!!
NO DINE IN!! Pick up and delivery only.I wanted to sit down and eat but, that doesn't change how great the food and service was. I ordered my pizza and she told me it'd be 15mins. There were no seats so I sat down in my car. Didn't even seem like 15mins had gone by and she was walking all the way out to my car with my order. I'm a young guy in comparison to her but, she still went out of her way for me. Being from the north east I'm never satisfied with pizza quality but, this was the best I've had in the area.
